Miley Cyrus is letting the world know whether twerking on Juicy J has possibly lead to her preparing to welcome in a baby with the Three 6 Mafia rapper.

Cyrus put an immediate stop to the rumors by killing the gossip on Twitter.
“waking up to the news that I’m now pregnant with @therealjuicyj baby,” she tweeted September 30.

The gossip turned widespread late Sunday night and well into the early start of the work week.

Miley Cyrus may no longer be engaged, but is she with child? The Internet has been buzzing that the “Wrecking Ball” singer has a bun in the oven following a so-called report that during the BET Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta over the weekend, she and Juicy J announced they were expecting a baby together. According to the site Cream Bmp Daily, the rapper allegedly told the crowd that Cyrus has “been doing a lot more than twerking,” after which Liam Hemsworth’s former fiancée supposedly yelled to the laughing crowd, ‘No, I’m really pregnant.” Of course, seeing how the outlet calls itself a “satire” site, it shouldn’t come as a complete shock to learn that there really wasn’t any big announcement made. An alleged inside source has also confirmed Miley never carried Juicy’s baby.
Sure enough, Cyrus herself playfully addressed the speculation by tweeting on Monday, “Waking up to the news that I’m now pregnant with @therealjuicyj baby.” Her mom, Tish, also couldn’t help but be amused, writing, “hahahahaha YEP! read that last night!! This is my favorite one yet!” And not surprising, a source tells E! News that while “funny,” the rumor is false. (E! Online)

Rick Ross Admits to ‘Talking Sh*t’ On Upcoming ‘Mastermind’ Album

On the BET Hip Hop Awards red carpet on Saturday (Sept. 28), Rozay boasted to TheDrop.fm that his competitors may feel some type of way about his demeanor on his forthcoming album, ‘Mastermind.’
So what’s the difference between ‘Mastermind’ and his last LP, ‘God Forgives, I Don’t'? “Oh, I’m talking s—,” Ross says with a rare chuckle. “I’m talking s—! Moreso than usual. It’s gon’ be a few muhf—ers that have a problem with this one.”

Ross didn’t divulge much more about the album, but he did spoke on his upcoming eight-date Mastermind tour, set to kick off in Detroit on Nov. 12.

The rapper is aware that the band has to be on point in order to achieve perfection onstage. “They have to be extremely precise,” he says intently. “But the one performance that we did together out in L.A. at the Staples Center… We oversold it and it felt good — just the music — and being able to control the sounds and the feel inside the arena man, I just felt total control for the first time and it’s something I look forward to.”
‘Mastermind’ has no set release date as of yet, however, Rick Ross is currently promoting the recently released MMG compilation, ‘Self Made, Vol. 3.’

The 16-year-old high school junior, a rising football star who has been ranked as the sixth best wide receiver in California in the class of 2015, didn't mince words following Kiffin's abrupt dismissal on Sunday, Sept. 29, telling 247Sports.com that he felt the change was long overdue.

 

"I feel that he should have been fired a while ago and USC is going to raise the bar now because the new coaching staff next year and I'm anxious to see what they are going to look like," he told the site.

Broadus, who stands tall at 6-foot-2 and weighs in at 185 pounds, has also received offers from LSU, Nebraska, and USC rivals Berkeley and UCLA. Kiffin's firing could steer him toward his rapper father's preferred college team, however.

 

Snoop has been a longtime Trojans fan, having attended numerous games and even practices in the past.

 

On Sunday, Kiffin, who has been USC's head coach for the past four years, was unceremoniously fired upon the team's return to Los Angeles after yet another loss, this time 62-41 to Arizona State.

 

According to the university, Kiffin was pulled off the team bus at the airport terminal on Sunday, and the driver was instructed to return to campus without him.

What The New Health Care Bill Means

The rollout of the Affordable Care Act—also known as “Obamacare”—is approaching, and starting in October people will be able to sign up for new insurance policies that begin Jan. 1, when the law’s major provisions are set to go into effect.

Here’s what you need to know about whether and how the law affects you.

Q. I have coverage through my job. What happens to me?
If you’re one of the 171 million Americans with coverage through your job or your spouse’s job, the big changes in health insurance this fall might not affect you much. You may have recently received a letter from your employer telling you about your existing insurance plan, and how much the company pays toward the cost of your premium. Most likely, the company also told you that you have the opportunity to visit new health insurance exchanges to look at plans you could buy on your own, but that you wouldn’t be eligible for a federal subsidy for one of them because you’re already covered.

Q. Will anything be different about that coverage?
Some changes to employer-sponsored coverage have already kicked in. You may have noticed that you’ve been allowed to keep children on your plan up to their 26th birthdays, and that you no longer have to pay out-of-pocket costs for some preventive-care services including contraception. Some union-sponsored plans are about to undergo bigger changes, and so are skimpy benefit plans popular in the retail, restaurant and agricultural sectors, sometimes called “minimeds.” And as companies become even more conscious about their health costs, and face a tax starting in 2018, they’re expected to scale back some of their offerings. Some are excluding coverage for spouses who have access to insurance through their own employers. Some are changing the way they offer coverage by giving workers a fixed sum of money and letting them choose their own plan from a private exchange—which is different from the health law’s exchange. 

Q. I have Medicare. What about me?
If you’re one of the 49 million Americans in the Medicare federal insurance program for the elderly, with or without a supplemental insurance plan, you’ll continue to enroll in coverage the same way you always have. You do not need to go to the new insurance exchanges to sign up for anything. If you’re already in Medicaid, the federal-state insurance program for low-income people, you may find you have to enroll in a slightly different way this year. Your state will tell you more about that.

Q. Are my benefits changing?
The law doesn’t directly affect Medicare benefits, but here has been a lot of discussion—especially in last year’s presidential elections—about the law’s impact on the program. That includes hundreds of billions of dollars in spending cuts, largely from reducing payments to hospitals and doctors and increasing incentives for more efficient care. Supporters of the law say this will strengthen the Medicare program in the long term. Opponents say that seniors in Medicare will find it harder to access their benefits if health-care providers are squeezed.
 

Q. I buy insurance on my own. What do I do?
Your insurer may be pushing you to renew your existing policy early, saying you can lock in a similar premium to the one you pay now. On Oct. 1, you’ll have the option of seeing new insurance plans available through the insurance exchanges in most parts of the country. You could also buy a plan directly from a carrier selling off of the exchanges, which would still be subject to new regulations. If you’re single making less than $46,000 a year, a couple making less than $62,000 or a family with slightly higher income levels, you may be eligible for a subsidy toward the cost of coverage, although the value of your subsidy will vary. You will only be able to use the subsidy toward coverage bought through the new insurance exchanges.


Q. What will change about my insurance?
The law includes many changes to the way the individual insurance market is regulated: Starting next year, your premium won’t be based on your medical history. That means that if you were previously denied coverage for certain conditions, or charged a higher rate because you were considered to be a bad risk, you might be getting a lower premium. If you were being offered a low rate because you were considered to be perfectly healthy, you could find yourself paying more. If you had a relatively skimpy plan that excluded certain coverage or had extremely high deductibles, you could also see bigger changes to your plan, including richer benefits, which will affect its price tag.


Q. I don’t have coverage. Now what?
If you’re one of the 46 million uninsured Americans, you’re the focus of the biggest effort in U.S. history to expand coverage. You may be subject to a penalty starting at $95 next year and rising in subsequent years if you don’t have coverage starting Jan. 1. You can go to the new insurance exchange in your state to shop for a plan, and depending on your income, possibly qualify for a federal subsidy to help pay for it. If you work more than 30 hours a week for a big company, your employer may have to offer you coverage starting in 2015. If your income is below 138% of the federal poverty level, you may qualify for Medicaid, depending on your state.


Q. How do I find these exchanges? Can you tell me more about these subsidies? What will I have to pay?
Here is our list of exchanges for all 50 states. Some 14 states are running their own exchanges. The other 36 have turned over part or all of the task to the federal government, and you can also find details about them here. Rates will still vary based on your age, whether you smoke, and where you live, with some differences within the same state, so you’ll need to go to the exchanges to get a detailed list of prices on offer. But you can see some sample rates already from the administration, for many parts of the country.   
 

Q. Do I get to keep my doctor?
There’s nothing in the health law that directly affects whether you still see the same doctor as before. If you have coverage through your employer, little is likely to change. The same goes for Medicare, although doctors do sometimes decide to change the kinds of insurance they take. If you are seeking to buy a new policy, either for the first time or because you’re switching insurers, you may find that not every plan offered in your area has the same network of providers. If your doctor is very important to you, try to find out more about plan networks before deciding. Some of the lowest-priced policies on the exchanges are likely to have smaller networks of providers to help keep costs low.
 

 Q. What if my situation changes?
The biggest changes in the health law directly affect only a relatively small group of people who don’t already have access to coverage through an employer or a government program. But many people who have access to insurance through an employer fear what might happen to them if they lose their job. They may benefit from changes in the individual insurance market, where insurers will no longer be allowed to deny coverage for pre-existing conditions, but the cost will depend in part on what happens to that market as the health law takes effect.



Gucci Mane Gets 6 Months For Probation Violation (Paperwork)

Official papers detailing Gucci Mane’s sentence have been released, and the troubled rapper is facing an 183-day sentence behind bars for violating his probation. Gucci was charged earlier this month for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of marijuana, among other charges.

Uh-Oh: Damon Dash Son Arrested For Assault After Giving His Girlfriend A Hand Necklace Over Sex (Details)

Damon Dash’s son Boogie was arrested for assault after attacking his girlfriend in an argument over sex. The son of former Roc-A-Fella records music mogul, Damon “Dame” Dash, was arrested Tuesday for strangling his girlfriend in Chelsea, authorities said.

Damon Dash II, 22, was charged with misdemeanor assault and strangulation for allegedly squeezing his girlfriend’s neck as they argued on Sept. 22 in his West 16th Street apartment. “They had an apparent dispute over sex,” a law enforcement source told The Post of Dash-the-younger and his girlfriend.

“She was visiting him at his apartment, he got violent with her, starts to punch her, slap her and shove her onto the bed, got on top of her, he grabs her by the throat and chokes her,” the source said. They briefly reconciled but then had another fight, at which point the victim called the cops, the source said.

Dash climbed on top of her and “placed both of [his] hands around [her] neck and squeezed tightly,” to the point where she had trouble breathing, according to the misdemeanor complaint against him. At his arraignment on Wednesday, Dash signed an order of protection barring him from any contact with his alleged victim. He was released without bail. “He did get physically violent with her,” the source added. “She suffered bruises, a black eye and a cut lip.” Her neck was left with red marks, the complaint alleges. Dash Jr. has had one previous arrest but details of that case have been sealed.

Update: Kanye West Pressing Charges Against Paparazzi (Details)

Kanye West says he’s got the goods to get at least one of the photogs who showed up at his house today PROSECUTED. Sources directly connected to Kanye say Kanye has reviewed the security footage from his Hollywood Hills home, and he says it CLEARLY shows at least one of the photogs trespassing on his private property.

We’re told Kanye says he will file a police report and ask that the photog be prosecuted for criminal trespass.

As you know, two photogs (not TMZ) showed up at Kanye’s house at 4 AM and peppered him with questions about his feud with Jimmy Kimmel, and Kanye went ballistic.

It’s unclear who will go to the cop shop and file the report, because Kanye and Kim are on a plane right now, heading for Paris.

Breaking News: Aaron Hernandez Fiancee Indicted In Murder Case

The fiancee of ex New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez along with Hernandez’s cousin … were indicted today in connection with the Odin Lloyd murder case. According to the Bristol County, CT D.A.’s Office Shayanna Jenkins — Aaron’s fiancee and baby mama — was hit with a single count of perjury. No further details have been provided on her charge.

Tanya Singleton — Aaron’s cousin — was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Accessory After the Fact. Translation: authorities believe she helped one of Aaron’s alleged accomplices get outta dodge … by buying him a bus ticket to Florida.That guy, Ernest Wallace, was eventually arrested in FL, and charged with being an accessory to Lloyd’s murder.

Singleton has already pled not guilty to a criminal contempt charge — authorities say she refused to testify before the Grand Jury in the murder case.
Jenkins and Singleton were not arrested … and they don’t have a court date scheduled yet.

Jenkins faces up to 2-and-a-half years in a county jail if convicted on the perjury charge … but sources close to the situation tell us she would likely only get six months to a year. She could also be hit with a $1,000 fine.

If she goes to jail … child services would have to make arrangements with Jenkins’ family for the care of her child … since both parents — Hernandez and Jenkins — would be behind bars.



UPDATE: New Video Of Kanye West Blacking Out On Paparazzi Outside His Home

Kanye West had yet another nasty altercation with the paparazzi in Los Angeles early this morning.

Kanye West went nuclear again on the paparazzi -- but this time Kanye has good reason to be pissed.

Kanye was at his bachelor pad at 4 AM, when several photogs (not TMZ) approached him as he was getting in his car to leave .... and asked about his feud with Jimmy Kimmel.

It appears Kim is also there. Sources say he and Kim were on their way to the airport with the final stop -- Paris.

Take a look at the video. An infuriated Kanye lunges at the photog but it does not appear there is any physical contact.

It looks as if the photogs are standing on his driveway -- which is a trespass.

 

As you know, Kanye is currently facing charges of battery and attempted grand theft in connection with the LAX attack, where a photog claims Kanye injured him.

TMZ broke the story ... Kanye's reps have advised him to avoid LAX ... specifically so there would be no other blow-ups with photogs.

Roc Nation Sports CEO Jay Z wants his clients to gain every last penny and then some from their teams as reports claim his company’s introductory signee Robinson Cano is seeking a $300 million-plus deal from the New York Yankees.

The focus now shifts to the status of free-agent-to-be Robinson Cano, and it should come as no surprise that the Yankees ownership will have to empty its pockets in order to keep him. According to SportsCenter on Twitter, ESPN’s Buster Olney is reporting that the All-Star second baseman is looking for a 10-year contract that will pay him a total of $305 million. As for those convinced Cano won’t see as much money because he’s Jay-Z’s first baseball client with Roc Nation Sports: C’mon. Jay-Z is an expert at making money, for one thing. For another, do you really think Jay-Z is going to just go in and sign whatever idiotic contract some team puts in front of him without running it by an army of advisers and lawyers? Cano plays every day at a premium defensive position and is one of the Top 10 or so best hitters in the game. He’s an extremely valuable player and he’s about to be an extremely rich one. According to Courthouse News, Afeni Shakur is seeking $1.1 million in royalties and the masters of 2Pac’s unreleased songs.

Afeni alleges in court documents filed in Superior Court on Wednesday (Sept. 25), that EOne and Death Row Records haven’t paid her any royalties from the 2007 compilation, ‘Beginnings: The Lost Tapes,’ for the past four years. In addition, both companies are refusing to return the master copies of the songs.

Apparently, EOne bought the rights to 2Pac’s music from Death Row Acquistion LLC, but under an agreement, Death Row is not allowed to sell or distribute the music without permission from Tupac’s estate.

“Although DRR [Death Row Records] retained physical possession of the unreleased Tupac material, it had no ownership rights in and no right to sell, license, or otherwise exploit any of the recordings or underlying compositions therein, and plaintiffs are the exclusive owners of all intellectual property rights with respect to the unreleased Tupac material,” reads the 11-page lawsuit.

Afeni also claims that she has sent EOne a 29-page audit of how much they owe the estate, but it’s been ignored by the company.

There’s a good reason why Afeni Shakur is looking for that guap. The Tupac Shakur estate has been earning close to $4 million annually through licensing of the late rapper’s music and image. Recently, Afeni hired Jeff Jampol of Jampol Artist Management to run her son’s estate.

With a Tupac biopic headed to production in 2014, the estate should see a revenue boost next year.



Robin Thicke Sets Record For Longest No. 1 On Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart

As of today, it turns out “Blurred Lines” wasn’t just the song of the summer but also, in one sense, the Song of All Time. According to Billboard, it has now broken the record for the most weeks at No. 1 on the publication’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

The version of the chart that comes out tomorrow will feature “Blurred Lines” on top for the 16th week in a row, pushing the single past Mary J. Blige’s “Be Without You,” which previously held the record of 15 weeks. It’s the longest run of any song in the modern Nielsen era, which dates back to 1992. In total, “Blurred Lines” has sold 5.8 million downloads in 26 weeks. It also spent 12 weeks as No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100, which encompa##es all genres, before being replaced by Katy Perry’s “Roar.”
 

The Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart has existed in some form since 1942, when it was called “Harlem Hit Parade.” Four songs have had reigns of 16 weeks or longer, but all of them were in the ’40s, long before the relative accuracy of Neilsen data was introduced.

50 Cent is going to have even more hurdles to jump over for SMS Audio to reach the same level of success as Beats By Dre as reports claim the mega company has found a $500 million investor.

According to reports, music moguls Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine’s headphones empire has only grown stronger thanks to a significant new business partner.
Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre have found the deep-pocketed investor they were seeking for Beats Electronics. Carlyle Group, a DC-based private-equity firm, is investing $500 million for a minority stake in the company, The Wall Street Journal reports, The new investment values beats at more than $1 billion, significantly north of the roughly $600 million valuation put on the company by an investment from HTC two years ago. Carlyle will become a shareholder and is expected to take two of the six seats on Beats’ board. (HITS Daily Double)

The Interscope Records CEO has already confirmed the power move and noted what it meant for Beats’ future.

HTC said today it has agreed to sell back its remaining stake in Beats for $265 million; it paid around $300 million for a majority stake in 2011. Iovine told the paper that the latest transactions reflect the company’s “significant growth prospects,” while Carlyle’s Sandra Horbach said her firm is “confident that Beats will continue to drive innovation and growth in the premium audio accessory market.” (HITS Daily Double)

Last year’s Cash King slips two spots, no longer boosted by a nine-figure payout for selling part of Beats by Dr. Dre in 2011. Petitions Launched To Snatch Endorsement Deals From Teyana Taylor & Rihanna After Twitter Fight

Just days after a very public twitter beef between Rihanna and Teyana Taylor, two petitions have been launched, explaining why neither women deserve their endorsement brands. Teyana has an exclusive deal with Adidas, while Rihanna’s deal is with MAC Cosmetics.

So the question that you’re probably wondering is, removing their endorsements on what basis? The petition on Teyana says that the Harlem singer was mocking domestic abuse victims and was sending abusive tweets to Rihanna.

Meanwhile, Rihanna’s petition accuses the 25-year-old singer of cyber bullying Teyana. It states:

Rihanna has many young fans that look up to her and bullying is a HUGE problem that we are facing with the youth today. She is known for constantly bullying and picking fights with people over the internet and this is a problem that has been going on for a while now. By consistently attacking people online about their looks and reminding them how they are beneath her, she is using her platform in a very negative light and does not provide a positive image for MAC cosmetics or any of the other companies that she endorses. She is a poor role model and promotes habitual drug use. Rihanna openly smokes marijuana and no doubt has encouraged her fans to do so as well.

Due to the behavior that Rihanna is exhibiting, her fans and followers have made death threats and are also exhibiting bullying behavior. This is important b/c Rihanna continues to lead the young women of America down a dark path. She continues to demonstrate destructive behavior to the young girls of this great United States of America by using her huge platform for negativity as opposed to promoting female empowerment and uplifting our young ladies. Because she has such a huge influence over so many, as a result of her bullying and verbal abuse it has encouraged her followers to do so as well. There have been many death threats from people that are a part of her social media gang that she refers to as “The Rihanna Navy”. At a simple request from her, they will pounce on anyone that Rihanna wants to bring her wrath down upon. She is definitely a cyber-bully as evidenced by her Twitter attacks on Ciara, Karruche Tran and Teyana Taylor, just to name a few.

These attacks can do harm to a person’s self-esteem and can lead to things such as depression and suicide which happens to be an ongoing epidemic in our country amongst teenagers, especially young girls. As someone who knows a person who took their life due to bullying, this not only destroys the life of the person who killed themself, it also changes the lives of the family of the person doing the bullying. Continuously creating a negative cycle that will repeat itself.

The effects of cyber-bullying will stunt the growth of our beautiful nation by weakening the psyche of the women of tomorrow who will lead us into the next century. Is this someone who you want representing your brand? It’s time that Rihanna learns that bullying is UNACCEPTABLE and will not be tolerated!

No petition can stop this bad byal! With a new fragrance out and her fall collection with River Island doing well, it’s not too surprising to see that Rihanna has ventured into the world of makeup again. Her fall collaboration with MAC debuted Thursday (Sept. 26).

After the high demand for her MAC red lipstick, RiRi Woo, sold out in three hours online in May, it was obvious to MAC that the ‘Talk That Talk’ singer had to create more makeup with her brand stamped on it for the company. The songstress’ collection features shadows, bronzers and a selection of lipsticks perfect for autumn, including colors like orange and purple.

Ladies, if you can’t make it out to a MAC flagship store, the collection will be available online Sept. 30 and in other locations from Oct. 3 to Oct. 31.
