NBA: The Worst Is Feared As Derrick Rose Goes Down With Knee Injury (Video)

Everyone held their breath and it felt like April 2012 all over again. On Friday night during the Chicago Bulls game against the Portland Trailblazers, Derrick Rose went down with a knee injury this time to his right knee.

Reports IFWT:

Rose could not put weight on the knee and had to be helped to the locker room by two trainers. He later did not speak to the media following the 98-95 loss and was seen leaving on crutches. The extent of the injury is not yet known but is simply being classified as a “right knee injury”. Rose will undergo an MRI today with many people fearing he’s suffered another torn ACL. The injury occurred off no contact.
Here’s hoping Rose can rise above this as he has before. ”He’s a strong guy,” teammate Taj Gibson said. “He worked extremely hard this summer trying to get his body right, working out every day.”
