Breaking News: Phaedra Parks Under Federal Investigation For Racketeering?

The other shoe is about to drop.

Confidential sources tell Sandrarose.com exclusively that the U.S. Attorney will grant “someone” immunity from prosecution for their testimony against local attorney and reality TV star Phaedra Parks. The source also said that Parks “will likely be prosecuted” on racketeering and conspiracy charges. 

Here is the kicker: there is no statute of limitations on felony crimes that were committed years ago. The statute of limitations clock doesn’t start ticking until law enforcement becomes aware of the crimes.  

This means Parks will likely be prosecuted for crimes that were alleged by author Angela Stanton in her best-selling book, Lies of a Real Housewife. Additionally, my source says prosecutors have a list of witnesses who are currently doing time in prisons who will possibly testify against Parks in return for a reduction of their sentences.

Ex-NFL Star Darren Sharper Turns Himself In After 8th Rape Accusation

Darren Sharper spent the night in jail in Los Angeles yesterday (Feb. 27) after he turned himself in after an eighth rape accusation. The former star NFL safety was charged with two rapes in New Orleans and was already out on bail for two accusations in Los Angeles.

The former New Orleans Saints player surrendered at his attorney’s office to LAPD detectives. Police said he is being detained on the fugitive warrant from New Orleans.

In addition to Sharper, detectives and investigators with the Orleans Parish district attorney’s office obtained an arrest warrant for 26-year-old Eric Nunez, described as an acquaintance of the former football player.

Sharper is now accused of raping at least eight women and committing sexual battery against a woman in Miami.

New Orleans police had previously said they were investigating at least one rape allegation against Sharper.

Sharper is also being investigated for sexual assaults in Las Vegas and Tempe, Ariz.

We believe in innocent until proven guilty as much as the next man or woman. But Darren Sharper has some serious explaining to do.

Rick Ross Speaks On Controversial Trayvon Martin Lyric On ‘Mastermind’

 

Rick Ross has ran into yet another controversy involving his lyrics on a song. Last year, he was under fire for his disrespectful lyrics on Rocko’s ‘U.O.E.N.O (You ain’t even know It)‘ which eventually led to Reebok severing ties with him. This time, the MMG boss is facing criticism for his lyrics on the song ‘Black & White’ from his latest album Mastermind in which he makes a reference to Trayvon Martin’s killing. He raps:

“Forbes dot com, I’m the Teflon Don/ Too close to a ni**a as a motherfucking bomb/Trayvon Martin, I’m never missing my target/Bitch ni**as hating, tell me it’s what I’m parking.”

Reacting quickly to another potential storm, Ross has now issued an explanation for his lyrics to Vibe. Read below.

“It’s so important that today, on the two-year anniversary of the death of Trayvon Martin, we never forget that tragedy,” Ross said. “I’m never going to let the world forget that name. In my song ‘Black and White’ off Mastermind I say, ‘Trayvon Martin, I’m never missing my target.’ There I’m reminding people that if you’re a black person or a person of any color for that matter in this country, you have to be accurate, whatever moves you make, stay accurate. Even when you’re walking down the street, playing music from your car, you have to stay on point.”

 

“Black men are being killed and their killers [are] beating the trial,” said the rapper. “It hasn’t been this much violence against black men since the ’60s. I am Trayvon Martin, we’re all Trayvon Martin. He was from South Florida. That could have been me or one of my homies. So, stay alert and never miss your target. Whatever that target may be. Getting out the hood, providing from your family. Stay sharp. Stay alive. Trayvon, Rest in Peace.”

Da Brat Ordered To Pay $6.4M For Hitting Cheerleader With Bottle

Da Brat is gonna pay twice for violently bottling a former NFL cheerleader inside an ATL nightclub back in 2007 — after serving more than 3 years in prison for the crime … the rapper now has to pay the victim $6.4 MILLION.

Shayla Stevens — who used to cheer for the Atlanta Falcons — sued Da Brat in 2009, while the rapper was serving her prison sentence after pleading guilty to aggravated assault. 

The civil trial hit a stumbling block Wednesday when a juror in the case admitted he wasn’t a U.S. citizen — but the new jury quickly reached a verdict today. 

The jury found Da Brat — real name Shawntae Harris — responsible for causing Stevens’ permanent facial scarring, neurological impairment, and severe mental pain.
The jury wasn’t finished. They just awarded the victim another $2.7 MILLION as added punishment for Da Brat’s violent bottle assault. 

As we reported, the jury has already awarded ex-NFL cheerleader Shayla Stevens $3.7 million to cover her injuries and past/future loss of earnings. Da Brat now owes Stevens a grand total of $6.4 MILLION.

Bad Checks, Fake Accounts & Stolen Cars: Inside Phaedra Parks Alleged Criminal Enterprise

Apollo Nida isn’t the only Real Housewives of Atlanta star facing allegations of fraud. His wife, Phaedra Parks, has been slammed by accusations from former friend Angela Stanton, who claimed that Parks was a “crooked snake” who oversaw a fake check and fraud ring several years ago in the book Lies of a Real Housewife.

 

Parks sued Stanton for defamation after the book was published. But now, even more details about Parks’ allegedly shady business behavior have emerged in depositions for the case obtained by RadarOnline.com, and they lay bare the supposed “criminal enterprise” in which Parks was allegedly involved.

Stanton gave a deposition in the case on February 4, 2014, expanding on the claims she issued in her allegedly libelous book.

According to Stanton, she met Parks in 1998 or 1999 “through a guy that I was dating at the time” and they quickly hit it off.

“Her and I became friends,” Stanton said. “We were close. She became close to my family. I kind of looked up to her like a mentor.

A year or two after meeting, Stanton claimed in the deposition, “there was criminal activity involved in our relationship” as the two became business associates in a scheme involving “fraudulent bank accounts, insurance checks, fake IDs, chop shops, stolen cars, fraudulent titles, fraudulent registration cards.”

“I recall a conversation in regards to things that [Parks] had going on,” Stanton said, “things that she was doing, how I could make money. I was a single mother with a bunch of children. I looked at it as an opportunity and I jumped on the bandwagon.”

The first scam, Stanton told attorneys, involved “Fake checks. The purchasing of electronics, laptop computers, Palm Pilots, jewelry, DVD players, desktop computers.”
“Basically … there were conversations between her and I where there were orders were placed for things that [Parks] wanted or things that she needed for whatever,” Stanton claimed. “She would make a list of the things that she needed. I would take those things … I would pick up the list in addition to fraudulent checks, and I’d ride around all day going to different stores and I’d write checks and I’d collect the items that she needed, and I’d bring them back to her.”

Stanton claimed Parks told her “that basically, if you had a business check, that anybody could write on a business check. … the name didn’t have to match. The checks would always go through.”

Stanton said in the deposition that Parks allowed her to use around 50 of the checks for her own purchases, and also promised to act as her attorney if she was caught.
Stanton was eventually nabbed and served four months in prison for the check fraud, but told attorneys that she soon went back to work on a new scheme.

“It was something different this time,” Stanton said. “I recall [Phaedra] telling me that it was time for me to be promoted, that she had something else for me to do. And this is when the fraudulent bank accounts came in. More fake IDs, fraudulent checks, this was another scheme.”

She explained, “[Around 2001] from what I recall, I had to give Phaedra a passport picture of myself. … I flew to Maryland, went to the DMV, got an ID card in the [fake[ name of Tyra Evans. Once we got back home, Phaedra … gave me, I believe it was, $500, and told me to take the ID and go open up a bank account."

"From there," she claimed, "I was told that the bank account had to sit for approximately 30 days. After the bank account sit, I got a telephone call from [Parks' current husband] Apollo. They had a check that was ready for me to deposit into the account. The check was made out to the alias, Tyra Evans, and it was in the amount of $23,000. I rolled with Apollo to the bank and we deposited the check into the bank. It cleared five days later. … Where the check came from, I don’t know.”

Soon after that, Stanton was jailed again in 2001 for several months — during which time Nida was arrested as well.

But she told attorneys the scheming continued even further to a new scheme involving automobiles.

“The car scheme involved fake identification cards, fake registration cards, going to different luxury car dealerships with the ID and a registration card,” Stanton said. “Basically, you would go to the car lot the day before and look at the cars. And whichever car that you see that was on the list of a car they wanted to get, you write down the VIN number.”

Someone else involved in the scam would “make a registration card saying that I was the particular owner of that vehicle to match whatever ID was on whatever scam it was at that time,” Stanton claimed.

“You go back to the dealership and tell them that you lost your key to your car, and for $65 they’ll cut a key to the same vehicle,” she said. “But the vehicle is actually still on the lot, [so] you would go to a different dealership. Come back when the car lot’s closed, drive off with the car. They take the car to the chop shop, change the VIN numbers. Meet them the next day, they give me titles for the state of Ohio. Go to the DMV office … swap out those titles.”

Before long, Stanton said, “we were being watched,” and soon, she was arrested, along with associate Everett Tripodis in 2004, effectively ending her relationship with Parks, when Parks refused to represent her.

Parks has never been charged or named in connection with such schemes by the authorities, and insists all of Stanton’s claims are the libelous rantings of a bitter woman. But several other individuals offered up statements with similar allegations.
Angela Stanton’s sister-in-law Regina Matthews gave an affidavit, obtained by Radar, in which she says she “facilitated numerous three-way phone calls” between herself, Stanton, and Parks when Parks was in prison beginning in March 2004.

“Angela would call me from prison and I would then call Phaedra and allow them to talk … almost daily …” Matthews said in the affidavit. “I distinctly remember Angela and Phaedra discussing ‘their business’ together during those phone calls. I also heard Phaedra inquire as to what Angela had told the police before, during, and after her arrest.”

Stanton’s ex-boyfriend, Justin Cody claimed in his own sworn statement that Parks and Stanton were ”like in business together … doing like check fraud.”

Asked by Stanton’s attorney whether he had ever “heard Ms. Parks discussing these criminal enterprises,” he responded, “Yeah the check fraud … I don’t really know about the title fraud.”

“I remember one time … we was out in North Mall of Georgia and Angela was writing checks that she had got from Phaedra and she got arrested,” he claimed. “And then I was in contact with Phaedra and she was in contact with Phaedra and Phaedra got her out of jail.”
He also told Stanton’s attorneys he had personally witnessed Parks giving Stanton a list of items to go buy with the fake checks during their relationship.

Asked if he was with Angela when she purchased the supplies for Parks, and then delivered them back to Phaedra, Cody answered in the affirmative.

Yet another of Stanton’s exes, Leonard Holland, detailed the alleged auto scheme in his own sworn statement.

“They had some type of thing where they would steal cars,” he said. “I think Everett would steal the cars and Angela would go sell them. And the paperwork was provided by Ms. Parks. You know, she knew the ins and outs on what to do. I think like the titles and the paperwork for the titles. Mrs. Parks had some kind of connection where she could get that information because you had to go get the keys. The way the scheme worked was, you would use I believe the title to go to the dealership to get the keys. And Ms. Parks was able to provide that information.”

Asked if he witnessed such dealings, Holland said, “Oh yeah, clearly. I was there. I can’t remember how many, but you know, more than two meetings I was there with all of us present where, you know, basically Phaedra was just mapping out how it was supposed to go. Everybody was participating in that, you know, what to do, what was needed, stuff like that. … I was actually there with Angie picking up some of the paperwork from Phaedra. I was there for that.”

As Radar has reported, Parks has so far failed to sit for her own deposition, but continues to contend that such claims are libelous.

Raymond Felton's Wife Says He Pulled Gun on Her & Cheated Often

The plot has thickened in Raymond Felton's arrest case for gun possession, as the New York Post has reported that his wife is alleging that he pointed the gun at her several times during arguments.

His wife, Ariane Raymondo-Felton, claims that they got into four heated arguments over "bullsh*t domestic stuff" during the time that they were married and that he pulled a gun on her at least twice. She claims that the last time occurred on Valentine's Day, which prompted her to file for divorce four days later and also discuss the firearm with her attorney who decided she should report it to the police. Ariane also claims that he cheated on her numerous times with multiple women since they got married.

Raymond was recently released on $25,000 bond after being arrested and charged with multiple counts of criminal possession of a firearm.

No Surprise! Robin Thicke, Paula Patton Split Triggered By Antics With Miley

Robin Thicke’s marriage fell apart when he dry humped Miley Cyrus on stage before a national audience … humiliating his wife.

West Coast rapper Game is heating up the Internet this week after revealing he had a short fling with engaged reality television superstar Kim Kardashian.

 

According to Game, a romance between him and his “Wouldn’t Get Far” collaborator Kanye West’s fiancée previously existed. 

The rapper, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, made the revelation to the BBC’s DJ Charlie Sloth during an interview on Tuesday. “Those are just rumors,” The Game said with regards to Khloé. “It’s funny man cos me and Khloe we’re cool. Former Cowboys Coach Barry Switzer Thinks Johnny Manziel Is an 'Arrogant Little Prick'

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, even if it can come off a little strong.

Johnny Manziel has been one of college football's most polarizing figures for the past two years. You either love him or you hate him.

During an appearance on "The Morning After" on CBS Sports Radio 920 AM in St. Louis on Wednesday, Barry Switzer didn't hold back when talking about Manziel. The former Oklahoma coach unleashed on the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner, via CBS Sports' Will Brinson:

I'm gonna tell you. I said Johnny Manziel is … I don't like his antics. I think he's an arrogant little prick. I've said that and I'll say it again. He's a privileged kid, he's embarrassed himself, he's embarrassed his teammates, his program. He's embarrassed his coach. And they'll all have to defend him because they have to coach. I know that. I spent 40 years in the damn game so I know how it works.

It doesn't sound like Switzer is too impressed with Manziel's behavior.

Some people have expressed their disapproval with the former Texas A&M star, but Switzer's words may have been the strongest.

Despite his criticism, Switzer does like what Manziel brings to the football field:

He's the best I've seen. I've never seen a quarterback in college football take control of a game like he does and put up the numbers he does. It's fantastic what he's done against good competition. Game after game after game the numbers he puts up are staggering. And when you watch him, you think he's a running back. You can't get to him, he's quick, he has more quickness than he does speed. He's elusive. You can't touch him. ... Strong arm. You watch him on film and tape and I've watched him enough—the guy is oblivious to the rush. He lets you think you're going to touch him and then he disappears and he gets away from you and buys time. When a guy does that, guys are going to separate. I don't care how good you are in pro football, you can't cover for more than five seconds. Then they're going to be free.
And Johnny Manziel gets the ball to people. He's the most dominant, most dynamic college quarterback I've ever seen.

Well, at least Switzer gave the former Aggies quarterback credit for being a dominant force on the gridiron.

The 2014 NFL draft is just a couple of months away, and in that time many people will voice their opinions on the top prospects. Although those opinions won't hurt draft statuses, they can certainly grab headlines.

Manziel has plenty of critics to win over on and off the field. It may take some time for him to do enough enough to change the minds of people like Switzer, however.

Police sources said an SUV belonging to former Detroit Piston and Virginia Union basketball star Ben Wallace crashed into a fence outside a home in Henrico County early Saturday morning.

Silverio Acosta said he dialed 911 after he heard a loud boom around 2 a.m. at his home off Gaskins Rd. near Peppertree Dr.

When Acosta went outside to see what happened, he found pieces of his fence, which butts up to Gaskins Rd., scattered throughout his yard.

“It was dark, but it’s clear from here I saw one person trying to fight to get out of the car,” Acosta said.

That’s when Acosta said he saw a man pick up and smash pieces of wood against the fence “because he was angry.”

Police said the SUV, which was left at the accident scene, took out a 20-foot section of the fence.

Multiple police sources told CBS 6 News that the vehicle belongs to former NBA All-Star Ben Wallace.

Additionally, Acosta said that police found an expired insurance card inside the vehicle and that they gave him a piece of paper listing Ben and Chanda Wallace as the policyholders.

Chris Brown Sued Over Alleged Homophobic Beatdown

Chris Brown is being sued by the guy who claims the rapper berated him with the words, “I ain’t down with that gay s***” and then beat him and broke his nose.

Parker Adams claims in his new, $3 million lawsuit …. he was outside the W Hotel in D.C. last October when Brown went nuts on him. This is the same incident for which Brown is currently being prosecuted for misdemeanor assault.

Brown has denied any misdeeds and we’re told he claims Adams was the aggressor, trying to strongarm his way on his tour bus.

Adams is suing both Brown and Christopher Hollosy — Brown’s bodyguard. Adams wants $1 million from each of them for his injuries, and another $500K from each for punitive damages, to teach them a lesson.

Former NE Patriot Aaron Hernandez Attacks Inmate At Bristol County Jail

Aaron Hernandez ATTACKED another inmate at Bristol County Jail earlier today and reports say he gave the guy a pretty bad beat down.

 

 

 

According to TMZ:

 

Sources tell us the former New England Patriots tight end — who is usually segregated from the general population — was allowed to take a walk in an isolated hallway … but somehow came into contact with another inmate.

We’re told Hernandez recognized the other inmate and launched into an attack — beating the other man up pretty badly.

Sources tell us … Hernandez and the other man had been beefing all day long. One source says the other guy had been harassing Aaron nonstop. Clearly, Hernandez was pissed.

The 24-year-old has been locked up since June 26th — he’s facing murder charges stemming from the 2013 shooting death of semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd.
Officials had placed Hernandez in solitary confinement out of concern he would be a target behind bars due to his celebrity status.

We reached out to the jail for comment — so far, no word back.

 

 



Update: Robin Thicke Makes Desperate Flight To Canada To Save Marriage

Robin Thicke threw a Hail Mary play last Friday to try to save his marriage … cancelling his Atlanta concert and flying to Canada to plead with his wife.

Sources connected with the couple tell us … Paula Patton told Robin Friday she wanted to end the marriage. Robin then abruptly cancelled his show, saying he had throat problems. But the cancellation was solely so he could sit with his wife and try to change her mind.

We’re told Paula — who is shooting a movie in Vancouver — and Robin had a long, face-to-face talk … both acknowledging they had not been getting along and frequently arguing.

Our sources say in the end Robin realized Paula was determined to end the marriage and reluctantly agreed, but was very upset. We’re told she was also upset.
The next day Robin cancelled his Orlando concert so he could be with their child.

Apollo And Phaedra Living Separately Before Fraud Trial

Word on the street is that the Real Housewives of Atlanta couple have actually been living separate lives for weeks — and haven’t been photographed together since last November!

 

Instead of standing by her man’s side as he prepares for the next round of his trial in March, Parks has chosen to launch a book tour for her advice guide Secrets of a Southern Belle – even though it was released more than three months ago.

Nida was arrested on January 24. Soon after, she announced a book signing at Atlanta City Hall for one week later on January 31 (that had to be pushed back after the Georgia ice storm). On February 7, she signed in Atlanta, before heading off on a tour that took her to New Orleans (February 14); Harvey, Louisiana (February 15); Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi (February 16); Alexandria, Louisiana (February 17); Shreveport (February 18, 19); Ridgeland, Mississippi (February 20); Jackson, Alabama (February 21); and Birmingham, Alabama (February 22). She’ll head north to North Carolina on February 26.

Meanwhile, her husband Nida made a trip of his own to South Carolina, where he was spotted partying with other women at a local nightclub on Valentine’s Day.
He recently confirmed on his twitter that otherwise, despite his wife’s busy schedule, he’s been staying mainly in Atlanta. Indeed, as Radar has reported, the terms of Nida’s bail require that he clear any out-of-state trips with the courts, and travel with a court-appointed supervisor.

All told, the couple haven’t been photographed together in public since November 22. The last time Parks posted a pic of him on her Twitter account was before that, on October 26, when she retweeted an even older photo from a fan. Nida hasn’t posted a pic of his wife since March.

This new distance comes on top of reports from last spring, when an anonymous source claimed to have spent the night with Nida at an Atlanta Holiday Inn in March, and presented a room receipt that allegedly showed he had paid to host their tryst.
Nida and Parks insist that he never cheated and their marriage is fine. Their planned RHOA spin-off, however, is likely in the toilet, according to Wendy Williams.
Nida will be back in court for his federal fraud and identity theft trial on March 25.

Knicks Guard Raymond Felton Arrested On Gun Charges, Wife Dimes Him Out

New York Knicks point guard Raymond Felton was arrested early Tuesday morning on three gun charges, two of which are felony counts, a New York Police Department spokesman said. Based on the strict gun laws in New York City, this is a bad look for Felton.

 

Knicks point guard Raymond Felton was arrested on three counts of criminal possession of a weapon early Tuesday after his estranged wife went to cops with his gun, sources said.

The struggling Felton was charged with second- and third-degree criminal possession of a firearm — all felonies — and an additional misdemeanor charge (fourth-degree possession), an NYPD spokesman said.

The 29-year-old Felton is slated to appear in criminal court in Manhattan later Tuesday morning.

The Knicks guard was cuffed when he turned himself in for questioning at the 20th precinct in Manhattan at about 12:50 a.m., just hours after the Knicks latest loss — this time to the Dallas Mavericks, 110-108, at the Garden. The eight-year NBA veteran in his second stint with the Knicks, scored eight points and had seven assists in Monday night's loss.

Felton surrendered after a lawyer for his wife, Ariane Raymondo-Felton, 26, brought a Belgian pistol — an FNH 5.7x28-mm. — that belonged to the hoops star, sources said.
The raven-haired beauty — a Cornell University grad who is now studying at Fordham University School of Law — filed for divorce from Felton after the couple married just 19 months ago and, according to a police source, was uncomfortable that the handgun was being kept in the home.

 

 "She had knowledge that the gun was there," the source said. "She said she didn't want the gun there anymore."

Felton told the Daily News last week that he wasn't letting the reported divorce affect his game.

“It’s your life,” Felton said. “When you’re going through certain things in life it’s on your mind, no matter what. You try not to let it come into your job, into your workplace, but sometimes it does. You’re human and it’s a part of life. But at the same time, it is what it is. That’s my personal life, though; I don’t want to discuss that part.”
He has played poorly this season, and the Knicks unsuccessfully tried to trade him prior to the Feb. 20 trade deadline.

Felton faces New York City's strict gun possession laws. In 2009, New York Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress was sentenced to two years in prison after accepting a plea deal on a firearm charge following an incident in which he suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his thigh when his gun accidentally went off in a Manhattan nightclub.

The Knicks are off Tuesday, with no practice scheduled, before returning to action Thursday in Miami against the Heat.

The news of Felton's arrest comes as the Knicks have just bought out backup point guard Beno Udrih's contract.

The Knicks acquired Felton in July of 2012 to replace Jeremy Lin, the point guard from Harvard whose brief run in New York electrified the city.

However, Garden Chairman James Dolan made the controversial decision not to match a four-year, $30 million offer sheet Lin signed with the Houston Rockets. Dolan felt betrayed by Lin and instructed then general manager Glen Grunwald to find an alternative.

Despite Lin's popularity and global appeal, Dolan turned to Felton, a player the Knicks had originally included in the Carmelo Anthony deal with Denver. Felton eventually landed in Portland but quickly fell out of favor with the Blazers organization and fans because he was admittedly out of shape.

Felton played well last season for the Knicks as they won 54 games. However, Jason Kidd was seen as the main reason why the Knicks played better as a team and were more organized offensively.

Baltimore Ravens GM Says Ray Rice Arrest Is ‘Concerning’

Baltimore Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome called the events surrounding Ray Rice’s arrest at an Atlantic City, N.J., casino “concerning,” but said the team will let the legal process play out even as the running back faces potential discipline under the NFL’s personal conduct policy.

 

“In any of those situations, it’s very concerning,” Newsome said Saturday. “Up until we get all of the facts, we will let the process run its course.

“I think John [Harbaugh] said it best [Friday] — we will let facts determine what the consequences will be.”

Rice and his fiancée were both arrested for simple assault a week ago. Police have video evidence that shows Rice knocking her unconscious, according to a report by SI.com.
A video posted online by TMZ earlier this week shows Rice lifting the woman by her arms out of an elevator at the Revel Casino and laying her on the floor. The shows Rice pulling the woman’s legs away from the elevator door, and he props her up as well.
Newsome said he had seen the video that had been posted online.

“I did, online, just like everybody else did and it doesn’t look good,” Newsome said. “But I’m going to reserve all of my comments up until I have a chance to talk to Ray. But what I’ve gotten … the whole video needs to be reviewed.”

Newsome has been in Indianapolis since Monday for meetings with the NFL’s competition committee, and the scouting combine opened Wednesday. So, Newsome said, he had not yet spoken to Rice.

Newsome said Harbaugh has had multiple conversations with Rice since the arrest and that the Ravens’ director of player development had spoken to Rice “every day.”
Newsome added that Rice will fall under the league’s personal conduct policy and face a possible suspension and that the Ravens would let the league determine its discipline first before the team decided if any further action would be warranted.

Players do not have to be convicted of a crime to still be fined and/or suspended under the league’s personal conduct policy.

“I don’t know if anybody here has had the opportunity to talk to Ray,” Newsome said. “I don’t know whether a different story is going to come out, the video is what it is. But like I said, until the process runs its course, we as an organization, we will stand down.
“As a league we have a conduct policy and being a member of the league, we will follow that from A to Z. Up until we get to that point, I mean, right now he falls under the personal conduct policy with the league and we will allow the league to take its position before we would have to take any.”

Harbaugh said Friday at the combine that he expected Rice to participate in the team’s offseason program.

"We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time," the singer and the actress told PEOPLE on Monday in an exclusive statement. The pair, who first met when Thicke was 14, have been married since 2005 and welcomed son Julian Fuego Thicke in April 2010. Thicke, 36, long had been very expressive about his marriage to Patton, 38, gushing, "We're pretty sure we've loved each other for a few lives."

GREASY: Is This How “Love & Hip Hop” Star Rich Dollaz Is “Getting Checks”?

Streets are definitely watching but I cant knock the hustle though! Ok enough of the Jay Z references.

Wow! So all this time we thought Love & Hip Hop star Rich Dollaz was supposed to be “gettin checks” from music. We had no idea that he was doing “model searches” at clubs all over the country in which the ladies he is supposedly discovering are all paying $50 a pop to enter his “search”.
 
Hmmm well…if we do the math, we can see that even if he only had a total of 400 girls show up to one of these events..if each of those girls all paid $50 a piece to get discovered by Mr. Dollaz… then he would have made $20,000.00 in one night right there!
 
Then if he repeated this club gathering thing another 4x in a week… he’d have cleared $100,000.00 in a week’s time and didn’t really have to do anything except tell girls that they may have a shot at speaking to him the following week.
 
Oh yeah that’s another part of the gig…apparently these girls are supposed to pay Dollaz’s people $50 without ever even seeing Rich for themselves. They only get to see him if some ” judge panel” says they are worthy to move to the next phase of the program. Then they supposedly come back the next week to talk to Dollaz…and if he likes them…they will win a lot of prizes.

 Apparently the way it works is…Dollaz doesn’t actually show up on the same night that the “model contestants” do. Allegedly, if they are selected to move to the next round the following week…they will get to speak to Rich Dollaz…but only then. 

And even at that point the ladies are still not guaranteed that anything is going to happen or that they are going to be on Love & Hip Hop.

In fact…it’s sort of interesting that it doesn’t say VH1 too much on the flyer…nor does it say Mona Scott Young who is the Executive Producer of the show.
 

Last night it was in Dallas, TX, tonight it’s in Columbus, Ohio and tomorrow night it’s Chicago, IL! Get em! We bet there’s a whole lot of $50 in all of those cities. 

Now that we think about it..we wonder if this is what Charlamagne was talking about when he was discussing how Rich Dollaz does or doesn’t get paid a few weeks ago.
Well anyways, good luck ladies…we have a feeling that in order for you to actually physically get on to the show…you’re going to need it.
