From bookshelves to the small screen, Steve Stoute’s book Tanning Of America has morphed into a documentary set to air tonight on VH1. At the premiere last week, The Stashed caught up with Esco, The Commissioner, and NY Hip Hop fashion legend Dapper Dan to get their take on the series and hip-hop’s acceptance into the mainstream.
