Benzino Reveals His Road To Recovery After Near-Fatal Shooting

“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” cast member Benzino recently updated fans on his condition after being involved in a near-fatal shooting last month at the hands of a family member.

Weeks after the serious shooting, Zino revealed he would be fully back on his feet in a matter of months.

Despite being in good spirits, Benzino was sporting a sling on his right arm and is still recovering from last month’s shooting that left him hospitalized with an injured arm. “I’m alright, I’ve just about six more months of physiotherapy and I’m going to be good,” he said. (The Grio)

Earlier this month, the rap veteran called up hip-hop heavyweight Rick Ross for a collaboration he used to address the attack.

Benzino may be shot and down but not out. While he’s still recovering in the hospital after getting shot by his own nephew two weeks ago, he puts out a new tune today, taking help from Rick Ross on a very under par, chopped up hook. “They say money’s root of all evil/Got me breaking bread with the preacher/Don’t ever let anybody defeat ya.” (HHNM)
