Insiders say Jay Z and Kanye West’s relationship hit the skids after Yeezy tried to give Jay marital advice.

While many are speculating that Mr West is still fuming about the wedding snub, we hear the feud escalated over another matter. Kanye West Checks In & Out Of Jail

Yeezus reported to the slammer for less than an hour yesterday. After his mug shot and fingerprints were taken, he was released. Damn, that was quick!

Kanye West slinked into a police station for less than an hour Thursday ... when no one was looking.

Kanye was booked in connection with his misdemeanor battery case ... for beating on a photog at LAX. He pled no contest earlier this month and was required to turn himself in for booking.

So Kanye -- and his crafty lawyer -- chose yesterday at 4:30 PM. He went to the Hollywood LAPD station and got his mug shot taken and then got fingerprinted. It took a grand total of 49 minutes and he was out.

Kanye has to keep his nose clean for 2 years and also has to attend 24 private therapy sessions for anger management.

Kanye West Sentenced To 1 Day In Jail, 2 Years Probation For Paparazzi Assault

In a recent trend of the law helping artists deal with their anger, Kanye West was sentenced to two years probation for his July 2013 assault of photographer Daniel Ramos. The two years probation includes 250 hours of community service and thirty days of anger management.

West was also sentenced to one day in jail but soureces say he will not step behind bars and will reportedly be booked and released immediately after.

This sentence is the result of West pleading no contest to misdemeanor battery after initially pleading not guilty back in November of 2013.

KimYe’s Wedding Date Set For May 24 With TV Special Airing This Fall

The cat’s out of the bag. KimYe’s wedding date has reportedly been set and E! cameras are rumored to be invited.

 

According to Mail Online reports:     

The 33-year-old reality star has already set a date to wed Kanye, 36, in Paris. The two will walk down the aisle on May 24, according to UsWeekly. 

That will be only seven months after the Yeezus singer got down on one knee to propose to the E! favorite in San Francisco with a 15-carat diamond engagement ring. 

May 24 is a Saturday but guests will be flown in several days before that, according to the magazine.

The date is an interesting choice because it’s when astronomers are predicting a comet will burst through Earth’s atmosphere and create a brilliant meteor shower, lighting up the sky. 

France is no unfamiliar destination for the couple. They have already been spending much time there in the past year – Kanye was in the City Of Lights as recently as Sunday when he took in the Givenchy show where his soon-to-be sister-in-law Kendall Jenner walked the runway.
 

Kim saw 500 people attend her nuptials to basketball star Kris Humphries in 2011. The event was over-the-top and filmed for her reality show. 

It may be hard for the rapper to keep the event toned down, however.
‘Kanye is obsessed with creating moments, like he did with the baseball-stadium engagement,’ a source told Life & Style. 

‘Now he’s working on all these huge surprises for the wedding, but as a result she has virtually no idea what is going to happen at her own wedding. She’s been kept in the dark about a lot of the details, and that doesn’t make her happy.’ 

The weekly also noted the stars have looked at marrying inside France’s Chateau d’Usse.
West is taking charge of the entire event, planning everything, even what she will wear. 

‘She’ll have one dress change,’ Us’ source said. And the gown will reportedly hug her hard-won curves – the beauty lost 50 pounds after delivering daughter North in June. 

As for their child, she will be there as well. A source revealed: ‘North will have a large role in the wedding.’ 

The couple will have to fly in their A-list friends, think Beyonce and Jay Z, into the European country. 

‘Everything will be very ornate, from the invitations to the cake,’ a source told InTouch in January. 

It’s been reported the event will be televised, so undoubtedly the TV network will foot most of that bill. 

Kanye has an apartment near the Champs-Elysees in Paris where he will be staying as he makes frequent trips to the City Of Lights to iron out the details of his big day, added Us.
It has not been reported whether Kim’s mother Kris Jenner – who set up Khloe’s nuptials to Lamar Odom in 2009 – will play a role in the wedding planning. 

One thing Kim will have control over is the prenup. 

Life & Style reported: ‘Kim wants Kanye to sign the same ironclad agreement she had with Kris. 

A source tells the publication the couple is ‘haggling’ over custody arrangements for North if they split.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reportedly been bumping heads on putting their daughter North on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” but with ratings slipping, it looks like the tiny tot may make an appearance. Who didn't see this coming?

According to an insider who spoke to Radar Online, producer Ryan Seacrest “personally reached out to Kim and asked her to consider allowing North on the show, even in just a limited amount.”

The guy Kanye West beat up in the waiting room of a Beverly Hills chiropractor hit the jackpot … scoring a settlement of MORE THAN $250,000.

Sources familiar with the negotiations tell us … the young man who allegedly hurled racial epithets at Kim earlier this month has agreed to the civil settlement and now feels satisfied enough that he does NOT want to go forward with a criminal prosecution.Law enforcement sources tell us … the D.A. has not decided whether to charge Kanye with battery. The reality is … there’s almost no chance of that happening. First, the D.A. now has an uncooperative victim. Second, the victim’s alleged racial epithets will not sit well with the jury. And there are probably lots of Kanye fans in the jury pool.
We’re told during the settlement negotiations the victim’s demand soared to the upper 6 figures, so $250K is just a fraction. 

We called Kanye’s civil lawyer, Shawn Holley for comment … but we got nothin’.

Witness: Kanye West Pummeled 18-Year-Old Like A Boxer (Details)

Kanye West was like a boxer going in for the kill … pummeling an 18-year old guy with more than 30 blows … this according to an eyewitness.

We broke the story … an 18-year-old allegedly called Kim a “n****r lover” on his way into the office of a Beverly Hills chiropractor. Minutes later, Kim and Kanye stormed in — Kim ID the kid — and her baby daddy went nuts.

The eyewitness tells TMZ … the 18-year-old was sitting in a chair as Kanye made a beeline for him and, without saying a word, started slugging him in the face. The kid was covering his face but Kanye was unrelenting. Kim just stood there and silently watched the beating.

The receptionist was screaming, “Stop, stop,” but Kanye ignored her. The kid quickly curled up into a ball to block the blows.

The massage therapist rushed into the waiting room and pushed Kanye off the kid and ordered him out of the office. Kanye got out of the building and Kim went to another office for a meeting.

Kanye West Allegedly Assaults 18-Year-Old Who Screamed To Kim Kardashian, “N****r Lover”

Kanye West just attacked an 18-year-old guy inside the waiting room of a chiropractor’s office … after the guy allegedly called Kanye the N-word. Kim was at a Beverly Hills medical building when she was swarmed by photogs. We’re told the guy allegedly tried to help Kim get in the building, as he started screaming, “F**k these fa**ot-ass n****rs”" — referring to the paparazzi. Kim then told him it was not appropriate to use the N-word. We’re told he then screamed at her, “F**k you bitch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid slut.”

Apparently that got Kim hot as fish grease … she watched the guy walk into an office. As they were walking we’re told the guy continued berating Kim. She dialed Kanye on his cell, and when the guy realized Kanye was on the phone he allegedly said, “F**k you N****r.” Kanye — who had just arrived at the building — then met up with Kim.
Sources say Kanye and Kim rushed into the waiting room of chiropractor Richard Hill and found the 18-year-old sitting there. Witnesses say Kanye punched the guy and Kim screamed, “We have it all on tape.”
 

 

Sources say the massage therapist in the office separated the 2 men. Beverly Hills cops were called and the 18-year-old said he wanted to press charges.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Kanye is now officially a suspect in a battery investigation and they want to interview him. We’re also told the matter will be referred to the L.A. County D.A. for possible prosecution.
Remember — Kanye is currently facing assault charges involving a photog attack at LAX.

Update:

According to TMZ, Kardashian is now preparing to press charges against the 18-year-old man as well. The reality television star claims the individual threatened her life by yelling “I will kill you slut.” The site say she has met with attorneys and will file a police report for criminal threats.

The incident apparently began when the man attempted to hold the door for Kardashian at a chiropractor’s office as paparazzi swarmed the scene. The man then began yelling racial and homophobic slurs at the photographers, but after Kardashian told him to stop using those offensive terms he began screaming at her. Kanye arrived later and then allegedly hit the man inside the building.

Kanye is still facing previous criminal battery and attempted grand theft charges for an encounter with a photog last summer at LAX airport. The G.O.O.D. Music boss is claiming self-defense in that case.

Arsenio Hall Says Kanye Is Misinformed & Needs To "Get the F**k Out" for 'Slaves' Use (Video)

During a post-Grammy nominations press conference (Hall presented the Best New Artist nominees), the late night comic addressed recent comments made by the Yeezus rapper during an interview on Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club, in which implied that Hall was forced off the air by white corporate bosses.

 

Arsenio Hall recently said that Kanye West was misinformed if he thought he was fired from his talk show.

"Like usual, Kanye's premise confuses the facts," Hall said in a video published by HipHollywood. "Therefore everything else has to be thrown out."

Hall continued, explaining that he was not fired.

"I just left my show," Hall said. "The White man didn't do nothing this time, bruh. Save that for when the White man do do somethin'."

West spoke about Arsenio Hall in a recent interview with New York radio station Hot 97.

"I can use my voice, but what'll happen if y'all don't buy no more albums?" West said. "Then people are gonna say, 'He's like Arsenio Hall. He was turning up too much and now you fired, but when you got money, can't nobody fire you."

During the press conference, Hall also criticized West's 2013 single, "New Slaves."
"I hate the word ‘slave’ used in songs," Hall said in the press conference clip. "The [expletive] outta here. Do you know what that word is? Do you know what that word is all about? Nobody can use ‘slave’ in pop culture. If you’re in the music business, you shouldn’t [expletive] with that word. Too serious an era. Too serious a problem in America. There is no one that’s free to move around this country that should use the word ‘slave.’ Do you know what it meant to slaves?"

Kanye West Kicks Fans Out Of Washington Concert (Video)

Don’t mess with Yeezus on stage. Some fans learned this the hard way when they were kicked out of Kanye West‘s concert recently for throwing business cards during a tour stop on the West Coast.

 

Four particularly rowdy fans were shown the door during a Yeezus tour show in Tacoma, Wash., after the producer-rapper saw a business card being thrown at him from their section.

West was performing his 2004 track ‘All Falls Down’ when he stopped mid-song to address the issue. “Who business card is this? Whose is this? I seen it come from that direction so all four of you gotta go,” he explained. “Unless one person raise their hand and say, ‘I’m the one who did it,’ all that whole section gotta go.”
“These cubes goin’ 20 feet in the air, fam. We risking our lives up here. You can’t be throwing s— that we gon’ slip on,” said West before telling security the entire section had to leave.

The Chicago native went on with the show, moving into his 2005 hit, ‘Diamonds From Sierra Leone,’ off his sophomore album, ‘Late Registration.’
