Ma$e’s Finally A Free Man, Divorce & Child Support Details Revealed

Former Bad Boy Records artist Ma$e is finally a free man as a publicized split from estranged wife Twyla Betha has manifested into a finalized divorce. According to reports, Betha will fork over a few thousand monthly and surrender custody of his kids to Twyla.

 

 

As we first reported, Mase and Twyla Betha pulled the plug on their marriage back in April — after several false starts — with both sides wanting physical custody of their two kids … but Mase caved. Mase won’t be a stranger to his kids … he gets “reasonable visitation” of up to three hours a day as long as he gives 12 hours advance notice. Mase was ordered to fork over $6,000/month for child and spousal support. For her part Twyla must return ALL of Mase’s musical equipment. (TMZ)

Last week, reality television star Malaysia Pargo denied dating rumors which involved the rap veteran.

“I’m not dating anyone but GOD…but Mase you cute tho,” Pargo captioned May 27. (Malaysia Pargo’s Instagram) 

Reports earlier in the week suggested the music star had started dating Pargo.
HipHollywood can confirm that Pargo filed documents with LA Superior Court on Monday, May 19, 2014 and according to the documents, Malaysia cited irreconcilable differences. The reality star also wants sole custody of her children and wants to give Jannero visitation rights. According to LA Superior Court, the NBA player has not yet responded. Meanwhile, a source tells HipHollywood exclusively that the reality star is now dating … Mase! “They’ve been dating for about two months,” the insider tells us. “She really likes him and they really connect on a spiritual level. Ma$e Secretly Files For Divorce From Wife Of 12 Years

How’s this for ironic — rapper-turned-pastor Mase — who built a lucrative church and related business partly on his secrets to a successful marriage — secretly filed for divorce from his pastor wife.

TMZ has obtained Mase’s divorce filing in Georgia dated January 2nd, citing irreconcilable differences with Twyla Betha. And it sounded nasty … Mase asked for full custody of their two kids and even wanted HER to pay HIM child support.

He claims they separated August 2013 — after 12 years of marriage.
But just over a month later — the day before Valentine’s Day — Mase inexplicably had a change of heart, filing to dismiss his divorce petition.

The fiasco is priceless — if you look at the website for Mase’s El Elyon International Church in Atlanta … the entire thing is built around his successful relationship with his wife. The two even hawk their “successful marriage” book series called “What Do You Do After I Do?”

And the book description is perfect: “In this series, Mason and Twyla Betha share keys to build a marriage that will last a lifetime.”
