Marijuana use is legal in Amsterdam, and Miley Cyrus took advantage of that during the 2013 MTV EMA on Sunday. After kicking off the show with a medley of “We Can’t Stop” and “Wrecking Ball,” Miley closed the show by winning the night’s biggest award for “Video of the Year” (“Wrecking Ball”).

After thanking celebrity photographer Terry Richardson for directing the video, Miley dipped into her Chanel bag. “I couldn’t fit this award in my bag, but I did find this. So thank you guys very much. Goodnight everybody. Thank you,” said the pop star as she pulled out a ligther and joint, and smoked it on stage. Another music awards moment sure to have people talking.
