Hov’s been fighting all his life, but not when it comes to family. TMZ has obtained a extended video of Solange attacking brother in law, Jay Z, inside an elevator following a Met Gala after party at the Standard Hotel last week. The video is 2 more minutes longer and shows Solange relentless attack, getting in a few more shots in and smacking Jay Z with her phone. It’s unclear what sparked the scuffle, but Jay managed to keep his composure. After the incident, they left in separate cars.
The Standard Hotel releases statement.
“We are shocked and disappointed that there was a clear breach of our security system and the confidentiality that we count on providing our guests. We are investigating with the utmost urgency the circumstances surrounding the situation and, as is our customary practice, will discipline and prosecute the individuals involved to our fullest capacity.”
