Hollywood actress Gabrielle Union isn’t going to sit back while nude pics continue to leak across the Internet this weekend and has reportedly taken action.

 

Gabby and her NBA husband Dwyane Wade have addressed the controversy.
Union and Wade released a joint statement saying, “it has come to our attention that our private moments, that were shared and deleted solely between my husband and myself, have been leaked by some vultures.” They add, “I can’t help but to be reminded that since the dawn of time women and children, specifically women of color, have been victimized, and the power over their own bodies taken from them. These atrocities against women and children continue worldwide.” (TMZ)

Union’s new pics landed online Saturday (September 20) and show her taking selfies.
Along with photos of a very nude Kim Kardashian, Mrs. Dwyane Wade is the latest victim of another mass celebrity nude photo leak. Naked mirror selfies of Gabrielle Union have hit the Web, and it looks to be the work of the now-notorious hacker responsible for a string of leaks. (VIBE)

Uh-Oh: Dwyane Wade’s Ex-Wife Claims He Gave Her An STD

Dwyane Wade’s legal situation with his scorned ex-wife Siohvaughn has taken a nasty turn for the worse, after she recently filed legal documents claiming that during their marriage Dwyane severely beat her and also gave her an STD.

 

The court documents have been obtained by RadarOnline.com, and Siovaughn claims that the abuse began soon after they got married on May 18th, 2002. Siovaughn detailed many intense instances of alleged physical abuse in the court documents, some of which she claims left her hospitalized for days on end.

“I had known that Dwyane Wade had a temper and could become violent at times, but when we moved out of my mother’s home … into our own apartment with our infant son, the violence increased. This, however, was just the surface of the domestic violence Dwayne Wade would inflict upon me. As Dwyane Wade’s income increased, his arrogance and pride increased as well.

“Dwyane Wade began to call me derogatory names more, throw things at me, hit me, take all my money from me, and even kicked me out of the house causing me not to have a place to live. … As a means of controlling me, and as part of Dwyane Wade’s domestic violence pattern, he would often hit me, lock me in rooms and not allow me out, threaten to take my sons from me and frighten me by telling me he knows judges and that they are on his pay roll and he can take the children from me at any time he wanted. The domestic violence and abuse continued on for several years in our family.

“I tried to leave Dwyane Wade, but when I did, he made sure I did not have access to my own home and he cut off all my bankcards and denied me access to any money. This exerting of power and control has continued to this day.”

In one particular abuse situation, Siovaughn claims that Dwyane beat her with a marble garbage can, and performed a body slam on her worthy of a WWF title fight.

“He picked up a garbage can made of marble stone and threw it at me. Dwyane Wade picked me up into the air above his head and slammed me down onto a large ottoman with such force that the ottoman broke into pieces when he slammed my body on it and banged my head against a marble bathroom floor.”

She went on with more examples of abuse, and eventually spoke on how she contracted an STD, allegedly from Dwyane Wade, and that is how she found out that he had been cheating on her. Dwyane filed for divorce shortly after this alleged discovery on May 27th, 2008, and they’ve been locked in a nasty legal battle ever since. They have a pending court date on February 28th, to discuss Siovaughn either selling the Illinois home that they lived in together during the time of their marriage, or possibly refinancing instead since the home fell into foreclosure for various reasons.

Say Word: Gabrielle Union Blames Herself For Dwyane Wade’s Cheating Ways

Actress Gabrielle Union blames herself for the fact that her fiancé Dwyane Wade impregnated another woman. In an interview with Glamour magazine, the 41-year-old star said it was all her fault that Wade got tangled up with a professional groupie who bore him a newborn son.

 

The star of BET’s original scripted TV series Being Mary Jane said her acting schedule got in the way of their relationship and the distance between them caused Wade to go astray.

“[When Dwyane and I broke up briefly in 2013], it was because of distance and scheduling,” she said. “I finished filming the show, then I flew to Vegas right away to start shooting Think Like a Man Too. I couldn’t take time off, and I missed some quality togetherness we desperately needed.”

Union doesn’t believe that men are innately wired to cheat. Instead, she believes the 31-year-old NBA superstar stepped out on her because she wasn’t affectionate enough or available to him when he wanted to get frisky in the bedroom.

Gabby, who acknowledges she is self-centered, said she plans to be more affectionate with Wade, and to initiate an open door policy to be available for sex whenever Wade is in the mood.

So far the change in her attitude seems to be working for the couple.
“Dwyane generally gets up before I do to go to the gym, and he’s never left without kissing me and telling me he loves me,” said Union. “As for me, I am complimentary to the point where I am almost a little Chester the Molester-y. I think he’s so delicious. Watching him get out of the shower never gets old. Never. It’s not like he ever wonders what I’m thinking, but usually he’s thinking, She needs a cold shower!”

Union said their 10-year age difference was a non-factor when she met Wade, who is raising two sons from a previous marriage and a nephew as well.

“After I had a heart-crushing breakup with yet another immature jerk, I thought, it can’t be any worse if I date a fetus. Let’s just see what happens,” said Union. “Turned out he’d been on his own since he was 15. He had wisdom that comes with facing an insane amount of adversity. He’s sweet, funny, honest about his shortcomings. When I put my preconceived notions to the side, I found someone cool.”

Funches says she never agreed to the highly-publicized settlement and never even signed it. Among the items Funches disagreed with was a schedule of fines in case she were to criticize Wade in public.

After the game, the actress, who was celebrating her 41st birthday, partied at Hyde Lounge in the American Airlines Arena. Wade, who had received his team championship ring earlier that day, had to fly to Philadelphia with the Heat for their game against the 76ers Wednesday night. But the star popped into Hyde before his flight to surprise Union with her own NBA ring. “Wade walked in with a gift-wrapped box, opened it with her and put it on her finger,” a source told us. “He was there for under five minutes.”



Dwyane Wade’s Ex-Wife Catches A Break In Custody Battle

The drawn out custody battle between NBA champion Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife Siovaughn Funches is far from over. In fact, things have just swung in Funches’ favor.

In case you missed a piece of the saga that is this custody battle, D. Wade and his lawyers attempted to have his ex-wife mentally evaluated after she was videotaped sitting outside of a courthouse protesting the family court that awarded full custody of the children to the NBA star. Also, Wade tried to have Funches’ visitation time cut even shorter than what it already is. However, his motion was denied.

A Third District Court of Appeals judge ruled that Siovaughn’s videotaped protest wasn’t enough to have her mentally evaluated because she was simply voicing her opinions. Siovaughn Funches got another break when the judge mandated that Antonio Marin, the judge who was presiding over the custody case, be removed. The reason for Marin’s dismissal was he sided with Wade and denied Funches “the most basic right of due process.”

Obviously, Funches and her attorney Lisa Macci were very pleased with the outcome of the appeal. Macci stated, “We’re getting a new judge and the order that Siohvaughn undergo a psychological evaluation is no more,” Macci said. “Justice prevailed. I’m just happy the appeals court was not swayed by (Wade’s) celebrity status as law should not be.”

Dwyane Wade’s legal team couldn’t be reached for comment.

So, that’s something that we leave to our agents, we leave to the Miami Heat front office to see what they can present us, how creative they can be. We understand it’s not as easy as it was in 2010 when we signed.”
 

Chances are each of them will opt-out of their contracts and test free agency. It’s no secret that Lebron James is their main concern and Miami can offer him more than any other team. Bosh has already said on record that whether or not they 3-peat will weigh heavily on everyone’s decision.

 Kevin Durant: To be honest, I forgot all about it, I forgot that I said that until I checked on Twitter. A lot of Heat fans tweeted me and said not so nice things, which was expected. But I wasn’t trying to disrespect D-Wade in any type of way or discredit anything he’s done. He’s a champion, their team is a champion. I can’t say anything about their team. I can’t. They beat us in the Finals and they won back-to-back. I can’t say anything about their team. Basically what I was saying was that D-Wade passed the torch onto guys like James Harden, just to name one. I think that was just my opinion. I respect D-Wade, and I’m sure everybody’s saying that he’s going to use that as motivation, but he’s always been a motivated player, and it’s not going to change what I bring to the table. Kevin Durant’s Beef With Wade Ends Endorsement W/ Gatorade?

Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant won’t have his endorsement with Gatorade renewed after it expires next week, and it might be related his recent war of words with Dwyane Wade.

Dwyane Wade & Kevin Durant Twitter Beef Over Top 10 Comments

It looks like there’s trouble in the NBA superstar circle. Kevin Durant’s suggestion that Dwyane Wade be dropped from Sports Illustrated’s Top 10 for his former teammate James Harden apparently got under Wade’s skin. I, for one, am not mad at this beef at all. There's too much buddy-buddy relationships in the league these days. This reminds me of the NBA glory years of the 80's & 90's when team & individual rivalries like Bird vs Magic, MJ vs John Starks, Reggie Miller vs the whole damn Knicks squad, made the game more exciting. The Miami Heat guard posted a picture of a handwritten note to his Twitter late Tuesday night, in which he fired back at Durant for his comment and took a low blow at the Thunder star.
 

“Kevin Durant said James Harden should replace me in the Top 10…Note to self–Make him respect your place in history..again,” wrote Wade.
 

Dwyane is likely referring to his win over Durant’s Thunder in the 2012 NBA Finals–a series in which Durant struggled.
 

Durant replied to Wade shortly after Dwyane’s post.
“Show me don’t tweet me,” he posted.
