Did Mona Scott Young Lie To Help Stevie J Avoid Paying Child Support?

Earlier this week Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star Steven ‘Stevie J’ Jordan was arrested for falling behind more than $1 million in back child support. While Love and Hip Hop producer Mona Scott Young was quick to bail Stevie out of jail, did she also lie to help him avoid paying child support?

 

Back in April Mona Scott Young along with Bad Boy Records, Joseline Hernandez, Sony Music Group, VH1 Entertainment, Warner Music Group, Viacom, Universal Music, Raymond ‘Benzino’ Scott, The Kompany and Monami Entertainment were subpoenaed by Project Child Support in an effort to determine Stevie J’s true financial status.

Now Project Child Support is accusing Love and Hip Hop Atlanta producer Mona Scott Young of lying after she claimed in her subpoenaed response that Monami Entertainment has never employed, subcontracted or contracted for the services of Stevie J.

Kai Patterson, Founder of Project Child Support, blasts Mona’s response stating,
“I don’t understand how an Executive Producer of a hit television reality series does not enter into any agreements with the cast or any organizations contracted with the cast of a television production. This is a felony child support evasion case, and helping someone commit a felony crime is a felony crime. We are going cooperate with the federal agencies investigating this case and provide them with copies of all documents we received that are related to this case, including Mona Scott’s court ordered subpoena response.”

A 16 year old girl that goes by the name of Deborah (Debbie) took to Twitter yesterday to put Dwight Howard on blast, claiming to have had some type of romantic involvement with the NBA star. She claims the two conversed via text and he even flew her out a few times, calling her his “Princess”. She never makes any mention that the two had any thing sexual going on but I guess the little princess is lucky he had a vasectomy before she let him put his sword in her stone and she have a whole kingdom of babies running around.

On the page she also says that Dwight broke her heart. She doesn’t exactly say WHEN the affair took place, but the fact that he’s wearing Houston Rockets gear tells us it’s pretty recent. Debbie also says Dwight lied to Christine about who she was. It’s pretty messy if you ask me!

Alleged photos of Houston Rockets baller Dwight Howard in a hotel room with two teenagers has rumors swirling that he was hooking up with one of the girls. Now see the thing about it is…I wasn’t there. Now here’s the rest of the “alleged” story. You tell me.

The teen also claimed that Howard flew her and some friends out to Florida, which is where the photos were allegedly taken.
 

 

While the details are still being sussed out, some fans are skeptical about the story, as they point out that the photos seem innocent. The speculation continues and the rumors persist. It’s highly likely that LeBron James and his wife, Savannah, are expecting their third child.

 

Earlier this year, we began stalking the fertility Gods, when Savannah attended All Star Weekend, with what appeared to be a bump of sorts. Specifically, the Miami Heat superstar hosted a GQ party, where his wife rocked a long, fitted dress. At the time, we couldn’t tell if it was a simple bad angle or if she was expecting.

A Miami Heat rep insists that Savannah is ‘not pregnant‘. The James camp has yet to address the rumors themselves. Savannah has refrained from taking photos on the rare red carpets that she has attended, nor has she shared Instagram photos of herself.

VH1 ‘Black Ink Crew’ Star Accuses CO-STAR Of Giving Her A Roofie, Sues For $3 Milli

Alexandra Estevez – of VH1‘s Black Ink Crew FAME — has filed an amended complaint against media powerhouse Viacom in which she claims co-star Richard Duncan allegedly caused her to black out by slipping her a date rape drug.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Estevez filed a $1 million lawsuit in New York late last year against Black Ink Crew producers and the network of the wild tattoo reality show, claiming that while filming she was handed a drink that contained a “date rape drug” by someone on the production team. It allegedly caused her to black out for the night. 

Estevez also insisted that producers edited the show to make her look promiscuous. As a result, she quit, saying she felt too violated to continue.
Now, according to her amended complaint, a copy of which Radar has exclusively obtained, she’s now asking for $3 million.
According to a sworn affidavit by Estevez, her claim stems from the October 18, 2012 filming of a party for one of the cast members in an episode titled, “Mixxxy Madness.”
She said in the complaint about Richard Duncan, known on Black Ink Crew by his professional name, O’S**t, “Not long after my arrival at the party Mr. Duncan approached me and Ericka Santana while we were in one of the front rooms of the tattoo parlor.

“He offered, and we allowed him to pour what we thought was Red Bull energy drink into the cups that we were each holding containing alcohol.

“Mr. Duncan entered the room with the can of Red Bull already in his possession. I did not have more than two drinks up to that point….Shortly after drinking from the cup Mr. Duncan poured into, I blanked out. My recollection of that night is based upon what people have told me, and obviously the video that was later aired.”
Estevez’s affidavit continued, “I never consented to be drugged as I apparently was. No one believed me and subsequent episodes of the show depicted me as a liar. Thankfully, I wasn’t the only one who had the experience.”

The reality starlet believes she was drugged with either ecstasy or date rape drugs!
Previous legal documents filed by co-defendants Big Fish Entertainment and New Pop Culture Productions responded to the allegations on Jan. 24, 2014, blasting Estevez for her “bald legal conclusions” and “vague allegations of wrongdoing.”

The producers noted that she never explained how the “John Doe” she claims roofied her is tied to them and doesn’t explain what type of drink it was, when it was given to her, or how she came in contact with it from “John Doe.”

Furthermore, the response claims the lawsuit never lists any factual medical support that she was battered or drugged and they say she never explains her role in the incident.
The defendants want her lawsuit dismissed completely due to her vague allegations and lack of evidence for her claims.

But now, Estevez is “respectfully requesting that Defendant’s motion to dismiss the Verified Complaint be denied so that Plaintiffs will have an opportunity to continue this action to its conclusion that that the entire case can be heard on the merits.”

Chi Ali, member of the Native Tongues crew is the latest name to be dropped in the rumor mill for the new cast of Love & Hip Hop New York.

The rapper rose to fame in the early 90′s at 14-year-old- with the single “Age Ain’t Nothing But A # (Number.)” Chi Ali vanished in the music scene by the late 90′s and recently served a 12-year prison sentence for a first degree manslaughter charge. Game Says He Hit It First, “I Went & Dated Kim [Kardashian] For A While”

West Coast rapper Game is heating up the Internet this week after revealing he had a short fling with engaged reality television superstar Kim Kardashian.

 

According to Game, a romance between him and his “Wouldn’t Get Far” collaborator Kanye West’s fiancée previously existed.

RHOA Fraud Scandal Gets Deeper: Was Cynthia Bailey's Husband Peter Thomas Involved?

Phaedra Parks isn’t the only Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member to get caught up in the drama surrounding her husband, Apollo Nida‘s arrest for multiple counts of fraud and identity theft. This weekend, her co-star Cynthia Bailey spoke out to deny new reports that her husband, Nida’s homie Peter Thomas, was involved in the alleged scam.

“I can’t speak on Apollo, but I can say that Peter Thomas doesn’t have anything to do with a bank fraud scandal to my knowledge,” Bailey told Jet magazine. “The feds are not sitting outside of our house. That is just not accurate information …”

Thomas himself claimed to be blindsided when news of Nida’s arrest hit the web. “I don’t know nothing about it,” he told Sister 2 Sister at the time. “I have absolutely no comment on his arrest.”

“I just have to wait, like everyone else, to see how it plays out,” he continued. “I hope that everything will play out in the best form.”

Indeed, according to filings with the Georgia Secretary of State obtained by Radar, Thomas and Nida had no official business links.

As Radar has reported, Nida has been accused of overseeing a complicated scheme that saw him establish fake companies to mine individuals’ personal information, which he then used ti open fraudulent bank accounts and used them to deposit stolen checks.
He was arrested on January 23 and released the following day on a bail of $25,000, with strict conditions that prohibit him from drinking alcohol or leaving the Atlanta area unsupervised.

His attorneys recently asked a judge to delay the trial until March.

Uh-Oh: Dwyane Wade’s Ex-Wife Claims He Gave Her An STD

Dwyane Wade’s legal situation with his scorned ex-wife Siohvaughn has taken a nasty turn for the worse, after she recently filed legal documents claiming that during their marriage Dwyane severely beat her and also gave her an STD.

 

The court documents have been obtained by RadarOnline.com, and Siovaughn claims that the abuse began soon after they got married on May 18th, 2002. Siovaughn detailed many intense instances of alleged physical abuse in the court documents, some of which she claims left her hospitalized for days on end.

“I had known that Dwyane Wade had a temper and could become violent at times, but when we moved out of my mother’s home … into our own apartment with our infant son, the violence increased. This, however, was just the surface of the domestic violence Dwayne Wade would inflict upon me. As Dwyane Wade’s income increased, his arrogance and pride increased as well.

“Dwyane Wade began to call me derogatory names more, throw things at me, hit me, take all my money from me, and even kicked me out of the house causing me not to have a place to live. … As a means of controlling me, and as part of Dwyane Wade’s domestic violence pattern, he would often hit me, lock me in rooms and not allow me out, threaten to take my sons from me and frighten me by telling me he knows judges and that they are on his pay roll and he can take the children from me at any time he wanted. The domestic violence and abuse continued on for several years in our family.

“I tried to leave Dwyane Wade, but when I did, he made sure I did not have access to my own home and he cut off all my bankcards and denied me access to any money. This exerting of power and control has continued to this day.”

In one particular abuse situation, Siovaughn claims that Dwyane beat her with a marble garbage can, and performed a body slam on her worthy of a WWF title fight.

“He picked up a garbage can made of marble stone and threw it at me. Dwyane Wade picked me up into the air above his head and slammed me down onto a large ottoman with such force that the ottoman broke into pieces when he slammed my body on it and banged my head against a marble bathroom floor.”

She went on with more examples of abuse, and eventually spoke on how she contracted an STD, allegedly from Dwyane Wade, and that is how she found out that he had been cheating on her. Dwyane filed for divorce shortly after this alleged discovery on May 27th, 2008, and they’ve been locked in a nasty legal battle ever since. They have a pending court date on February 28th, to discuss Siovaughn either selling the Illinois home that they lived in together during the time of their marriage, or possibly refinancing instead since the home fell into foreclosure for various reasons.

Jhene Aiko has decided to put an immediate end to rumors and gossip which claim she may be pregnant with frequent collaborator and Young Money star Drake’s child.

George Zimmerman’s celebrity boxing match will be held in a secret location FILLED with security –and it’s all being done to protect George from vengeful foes.

Apparently Tiny wanted to walk the red carpet and T.I. did not.

After an angry stand-off the couple went their separate ways for the night, but the next morning they kissed and made up.
