Stevie J Announces New Reality Show With Joseline

It looks like fans have gotten their wish of more Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez on the small screen.

 

Just a few days after Stevie and his wife made a ruckus at the Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta reunion, the producer took to his Twitter account to announce that the couple may have a new show in the works.

“Coming Soon!!! #StevieandJoselineShow” he tweeted Tuesday night.
He also went on to say that him and his Puerto Rican princess are the modern day Bonnie and Clyde.

While little details are known about the show, the couple is currently making club appearances before Joseline’s performance at the third annual Female Hip Hop Honors awards in L.A.

Stevie J — Joseline Was NOT High On Crack At ‘Love & Hip Hop’ Reunion

Joseline Hernandez was NOT on drugs during that ugly brawl on the set of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta”… so says her husband Stevie J — who tells TMZ their gonna sue the liars who said she was high.

Stevie claims his co-star, Althea Eaton, made up the story about Joseline smoking crack cocaine before attacking her last month at the reunion show. Althea is suing Joseline for assaulting her.  

Stevie tells TMZ … the suit is BS because Althea and her husband, Benzino started the fight by talking crap in the first place. He claims Althea’s lawsuit is a smokescreen … to hide the fact Benzino slugged Joseline during the tussle.

Stevie says he and Joseline have lawyered up … and plan to countersue because “no grown man should hit a woman.”

We called Benzino who told us, “It’s clear that him and his whore jumped off the couch and attacked us and whatever happened from there was merely self-defense.

Benzino opens up about his friendship with Stevie J being on the rocks, and claims that it all boils down to the music producer’s relationship with Joseline Hernandez. The Hip Hop Weekly owner says his rift with Stevie has always been about Joseline, and he details how he’s heard about the “Puerto Rican Princess” abusing Stevie behind the scenes.

Speaking more on the abuse, Benzino claims that Joseline ripped Stevie’s ear and the producer had to get stitches, and Benzino’s father chimes in by saying Joseline pulled a gun on her man. The Boston native says that it’s ironic that someone put out photos claiming that Joseline was abused by Stevie, when Benzino claims it’s actually the other way around.

Zino clarifies that he’s never seen Joseline pull out a gun, but says Stevie recounted the story to him. He adds that what people see on “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” is only a small part of what goes on behind the scenes.

LHHATL’s Stevie J In Plea Deal Talks With Feds Over Child Support Debt

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta break-out star Stevie J (real name Steven Jordan) is in talks with the federal government to reach a plea deal in his $1 million + back child support case — in hopes he can avoid a jail sentence over the charges.

As previously reported, Stevie J was arrested back in June by the Feds, all over a million-dollar child support debt he owed to the mother of his children. He has two children from a relationship that he had with his girlfriend (back in 1997 and 1998) and was ordered to pay $6,600 a month which was then raised later on to $8,800. The reality star is accused of not paying his baby mama since 2001 and his back support bill ballooned to $1,107,412.

According to federal court docs, Stevie J makes around 27k a month for his role on “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” and from January – August 2013 he made a total of $193,499 from VH1 checks. He has also made over 105k in music royalties in the past decade.

Then on July 11th, the feds filed docs in the case stating they have been in settlement talks with Stevie J in an attempt to resolve the case without going to trial. They explain the negotiations are not complete and they need longer to continue talking to Stevie.
They asked the court to reschedule a hearing that was to take place this month until August 11th. The federal government is working out how Stevie J can pay back his baby mama given his surplus of income recently, along with the reality star negotiating how he can avoid a jail term for the charges.

Benzino Continues Beef With Stevie J, Exposes Joseline Cheating Stories (Tweets)

Stevie J and Benzino have had their fair share of ups and downs during their friendship, and it seems they’re back at odds with each other once again. After Stevie posted an explicit photo of Althea on Twitter, Benzino took up for his girl online, but didn’t stop there.

In retaliation, Benzino let loose about Joseline, claiming that Stevie’s father caught her sleeping with the driver one night. He also claimed that he knows the real reason the music producer is still with Joseline, and says that Stevie is praying that she doesn’t “leak those pics.”

Stevie J Owes IRS $371,000, May Lose Home Over $1.2 Million Unpaid Child Support

New York state has seen enough of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Stevie J’s non-paying ways … and may now snatch his property from him and sell it to pay off the $1.2 million in back child support he owes.

 

TMZ has obtained documents issued by the state informing Stevie it now has the power to seize any property he owns. Interestingly, the state sent Stevie 4 separate notifications between 2011 and 2013 … all of which he apparently ignored.

TMZ broke the story, Stevie was arrested Monday at his home in Georgia for failing to pay the support.

We’ve also learned there are FOUR IRS income tax liens against him totaling $371,000.

Did Mona Scott Young Lie To Help Stevie J Avoid Paying Child Support?

Earlier this week Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star Steven ‘Stevie J’ Jordan was arrested for falling behind more than $1 million in back child support. While Love and Hip Hop producer Mona Scott Young was quick to bail Stevie out of jail, did she also lie to help him avoid paying child support?

 

Back in April Mona Scott Young along with Bad Boy Records, Joseline Hernandez, Sony Music Group, VH1 Entertainment, Warner Music Group, Viacom, Universal Music, Raymond ‘Benzino’ Scott, The Kompany and Monami Entertainment were subpoenaed by Project Child Support in an effort to determine Stevie J’s true financial status.

Now Project Child Support is accusing Love and Hip Hop Atlanta producer Mona Scott Young of lying after she claimed in her subpoenaed response that Monami Entertainment has never employed, subcontracted or contracted for the services of Stevie J.

Kai Patterson, Founder of Project Child Support, blasts Mona’s response stating,
“I don’t understand how an Executive Producer of a hit television reality series does not enter into any agreements with the cast or any organizations contracted with the cast of a television production. This is a felony child support evasion case, and helping someone commit a felony crime is a felony crime. We are going cooperate with the federal agencies investigating this case and provide them with copies of all documents we received that are related to this case, including Mona Scott’s court ordered subpoena response.”

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ Star Stevie J Out On Bond, But Not Out Of The Woods

“Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” star Stevie J is out on bond … but it’s just the beginning of his legal battle.

As TMZ first reported, Stevie was arrested in Georgia on Monday for allegedly owing his baby mama more than A MILLION BUCKS in child support.

Stevie posted a $25,000 bond and was released this afternoon. He’ll have to appear in New York in the criminal child support case … where he’ll be facing one count of failing to pay child support, which carries a maximum sentence of two years in prison.

Record Labels And TV Networks Served Subpoenas For LHH Star Stevie J’s Child Support Case

Love & Hip Hop star Stevie J still owes his baby mama more than $1 million in unpaid child support and his ex-girlfriend isn’t going down without a fight.

 

In Feb. Stevie was served with a subpoena to answer to a New York court to the mother of his two children, Carol Bennett, and thestaggering $1.28 million he owes her for the course of the last 14 years — and now RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the reality TV star’s castmates, record labels and TV networks were also just served with subpoenas.

The subpoenas were issued by Project Child Support and are part of an effort to obtain Stevie’s (real name Steven Jordan) financial records so Bennett can recoup some of the unpaid child support.

“The subpoenas will enable us to file a petition with the Superior Court of the State of New York to have Mr. Jordan’s royalties seized should he not agree to the terms we present him to pay his unpaid child support,” the organization said.

Subpoenas were issued March 17, 2014 to the following organizations and individuals:

Bad Boy Records/Entertainment, Inc.
Joseline Hernandez
Sony Music Group
VH1 Entertainment
Warner Music Group
Viacom Corp.
Universal Music Group
Raymond ‘Benzino’ Scott
The Kompany (President, Stevie Jordan)

“Currently, Stevie J owes more than $1 million in court ordered child support and has not made any attempt to enter into a payment plan to bring the child support current and has failed to appear in court,” Bennett’s rep, Sibrena Stowe Fernandez, told Radar.

“All of the companies that are responsible for most of Stevie J’s current income have been served.”

However, Project Child Support notes that the subpoenas in no way “represent any wrongdoing by any of the organizations not managed by or under the control of Mr. Jordan.”

Update: Arrest Warrant Issued For Stevie J

Last month Love and Hip Hop Atlanta’s Stevie J was served with a subpoena to appear in court to face charges of falling behind more than $1 million in child support. Stevie didn’t show up.

According to The Source Stevie J was a no show for his February 25th court date and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. 

Also, because he skipped the hearing, Project Child Support can now forcibly obtain Stevie’s business and personal income records.
The next hearing date is set for April 23.

Stevie J Headed To Court Over $1 Million Of Unpaid Child Support

Another day and another reality TV star is called out for lack of child support. Today (February 21), Steven A. “Stevie J” Jordan was served a subpoena to appear in Family Court over unpaid child support payments.

 

Love & Hip Hop star Stevie J was served with a subpoena on Feb. 13 to appear in a New York family court for unpaid child support to the mother of his two children, Carol Bennett, and RadarOnline.com has all the exclusive court documents and details.
According to the paperwork, Stevie — real name Steven Jordan — must appear in court on Feb. 25 because he has “failed to obey the support order dated January 10, 2012.”

“This subpoena requires Steve J’s appearance or an arrest warrant can be issued by the State of New York,” Bennett’s rep, Sibrena Stowe de Fernandez, told Radar.
“This is not a joke!”

Stevie, 42, must provide the court with proof of his income and assets and show any paycheck stubs and income tax returns.

“You may be required to furnish past and present income tax returns; employment statements; proof of health insurance available; pay stubs; corporate, business or partnership books and records; corporate and business tax returns; and receipts for expenses or such other measures of verification as the Court determines appropriate,” the docket states.

Stevie celebrated the grand opening of a new joint venture bar in Atlanta called Sleazy & Zino Bistro & Bar on Feb. 5, which is coincidentally where he was served with the subpoena.

As Radar exclusively reported last year, Stevie owes a staggering $1.28 million in child support and over the course of 14 years, has only paid Bennett $132,220.30.
“Since the release of the story in October of last year, Mr. Jordan has not taken any serious steps to satisfy his unpaid child support obligation with our client,” Stowe de Fernandez said.

“Make no mistake; this obligation has not been paid, but increases at the rate of $8,550 per month. We are going to take every step to ensure this obligation is satisfied, even if it means petitioning the court seize his television and music royalties, as well as his earnings generated from his new restaurant.”
