After making her rounds during Fashion Week, Nicki returned to ‘The Ellen Show’ yesterday. She spoke on the success of her “Anaconda” video, Ellen’s parody of the video, her VMA performance and wardrobe malfunction and more.
In recently released stills from the video for” Anaconda,” which is the lead single off of her upcoming The Pink Print album due out later this year, Nicki is outfitted in fishnets, tights and a bust-bearing bra top while giving Drake the lap dance of a lifetime.
Leading up to The Pink Print, Nicki’s been singlehandedly feeding the mainstream and energizing fans of emerging rap. By judiciously balancing her new, heartbroken radio-pop single “Pills N Potions” with remixes for street rappers like Young Thug and YG, she offers the best of both worlds, and might even succeed in merging them. Over the past two years, criticism of her pop music has played out in her self-presentation, too.
On the track Nicki raps, “…Malcolm X daughter came at me/lookin’ ass ni**as ain’t happy/rolled out with some Latin Kings and some eses in them plain khaki’s…/”
Even though the rapper's latest pics show that her body is already amazing, Nicki shared with fans pics of her journey with her childhood friend.
Take a look at her progress and the special pic that drove fans wild as well as other pics sure to have the same effect.

Cuz its finally famous
What seems to be the issue now? Do you have a problem with me referring to the people Malcolm X was ready to pull his gun out on as Lookin Ass Niggaz? Well, I apologize. That was never the official artwork nor is this an official single. This is a conversation. Not a single. I am in the video shooting at Lookin Ass Niggaz and there happened to be an iconic photo of Malcolm X ready to do the same thing for what he believed in!!!! It is in no way to undermine his efforts and legacy. I apologize to the Malcolm X estate if the meaning of the photo was misconstrued. The word “nigga” causes so much debate in our community while the “nigga” behavior gets praised and worship. Let’s not. Apologies again to his family. I have nothing but respect an adoration for u. The photo was removed hours ago. Thank you.Ok so here's some jewelry! No matter how you slice it, the picture was disrespectful. Contrary to Nicki’s claim and the song’s lyrics, Malcolm wasn’t “ready to pull his his gun out” against men sharing one bottle in the club or smoking a blunt. In 1964, the year the photo was taken, Malcolm’s life was threatened after refusing to accept the teachings of & associate with the Nation Of Islam and leader Elijah Muhammad. Back in ’88, KRS-One recreated the image on the cover of By All Means Necessary. As one of the few prominent Black artists in the game, Nicki has the unfortunate responsibility of representing our culture’s past, present and future. If we continue to trivialize our history through memes, lyrics, and art, don’t expect anyone else to give a fuck.
As she merges into the Hollywood lane, Nicki is taking on an official role, that of the sassy assistant in the 2014 film 'The Other Woman'. Alongside Cameron Diaz, Leslie Mann, and Kate Upton, she makes her acting debut in the forthcoming comedy. Once Cameron Diaz’s character finds out her boyfriend’s not only cheating on her but has a wife, the two women team up for revenge.
Much like her actual persona, Nicki Minaj showcases her versatility with a range of looks. Check out the trailer.
‘The Other Woman’ hits theaters on April 25, 2014.
