She also says that she was aware of the teen posting photos of her because she knew he was a fan of hers.

TMZ has obtained documents issued by the state informing Stevie it now has the power to seize any property he owns. Interestingly, the state sent Stevie 4 separate notifications between 2011 and 2013 … all of which he apparently ignored.
TMZ broke the story, Stevie was arrested Monday at his home in Georgia for failing to pay the support.
We’ve also learned there are FOUR IRS income tax liens against him totaling $371,000.

A source confirms to us that despite the ladies’ differences, and rumors that at least one cast member would be out, Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore, Phaedra Parks, Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, and NeNe Leakes all will return to the Bravo reality hit.
Season six drew to a dramatic close when Kenya and Porsha got into a heated exchange at the RHOA Reunion, with a source at the time telling us it was “highly doubtful” that both would return to the show.
Now, however, a source tells us that Porsha and Kenya are currently finalizing their contracts, along with their four costars.
There was also speculation that Nene, who recently competed on Dancing With the Stars and has guest-starred on Glee, might also leave the show, and she recently opened up about the pros and cons of being one of Bravo’s peaches.
Filming for the seventh season will begin soon, with the new season likely premiering in November.

Back in April Mona Scott Young along with Bad Boy Records, Joseline Hernandez, Sony Music Group, VH1 Entertainment, Warner Music Group, Viacom, Universal Music, Raymond ‘Benzino’ Scott, The Kompany and Monami Entertainment were subpoenaed by Project Child Support in an effort to determine Stevie J’s true financial status.
Now Project Child Support is accusing Love and Hip Hop Atlanta producer Mona Scott Young of lying after she claimed in her subpoenaed response that Monami Entertainment has never employed, subcontracted or contracted for the services of Stevie J.
Kai Patterson, Founder of Project Child Support, blasts Mona’s response stating,
“I don’t understand how an Executive Producer of a hit television reality series does not enter into any agreements with the cast or any organizations contracted with the cast of a television production. This is a felony child support evasion case, and helping someone commit a felony crime is a felony crime. We are going cooperate with the federal agencies investigating this case and provide them with copies of all documents we received that are related to this case, including Mona Scott’s court ordered subpoena response.”

“As a woman who understands the importance of hair care. It’s disturbing to watch a child suffering from the lack of hair moisture. The parents of Blue Ivy. Sean Carter AKA Jay-Z and Beyonce has failed at numerous attempts of doing Blue Ivy Hair. This matter has escalated to the child developing matted dreads and lint balls. Please let’s get the word out to properly care for Blue Ivy hair,” reads the petition.
As TMZ first reported, Stevie was arrested in Georgia on Monday for allegedly owing his baby mama more than A MILLION BUCKS in child support.
Stevie posted a $25,000 bond and was released this afternoon. He’ll have to appear in New York in the criminal child support case … where he’ll be facing one count of failing to pay child support, which carries a maximum sentence of two years in prison.

Scrappy currently owes 150k to a man named Chancy Hope who won a judgement against the rapper. He also owes a concert booking company named Heavy Rotation a total of $108,510.38 over another lawsuit.
The reality TV star is currently having a portion of his Love & Hip Hop checks garnished for both judgements.
Then on April 4th, the Georgia Department of Revenue filed a lien against Scrappy for failing to pay his taxes for the year 2006. The lien states that he owes Georgia State a total of $8,270.18 for the year 2006.
The docs show that he originally only owed a total of $2,927 in taxes but with 1k in interest + 3k in penalties + other court costs made the unpaid balance swell to the 8k he now owes.
Further, the docs show that the Department of Revenue searched to see if Scrappy has any property to put a lien on but after their search they discovered he has no assets to put the lien on at this moment.

The news first hit the web last week after several media sites took notice of Jaya’s Facebook page, where he announced that he is a “transguy” and was now going by the name Jay.
According to Sandra Rose, Andrea has reportedly embraced her son and photos on Jay’s social media show him and his mom regularly spending quality time together. However, the site claims that R. Fisher, who earned $4.73 million combined over the last three seasons and made $5 million just four times in his 18 seasons as a player, spent the past week deciding on his future after the Oklahoma City Thunder were knocked out of the playoffs. The Los Angeles Lakersat one point had interest in hiring Fisher for their coaching vacancy. Fisher also was mulling a return to the court or a transition to the front office, but ultimately decided to join Knicks president Phil Jackson in New York.
Fisher’s relationship with Jackson is believed to be one of the factors that led him to choosing the Knicks. Fisher won five titles while playing for Jackson in Los Angeles.
The two have remained close since Fisher’s playing days. Fisher and Jackson spoke briefly over the phone last week.
Fisher, 39, earlier this month spoke about his desire to coach in the NBA.
“In the last maybe decade or so, I’ve really felt like my purpose in life, my calling so to speak, was to be in a leadership position or some position of impact on other people,” Fisher said after the Thunder were eliminated from the playoffs. “Coaching allows for you to positively impact other people’s lives.”
Jackson noted recently that Fisher’s on-court leadership could translate well to the bench. He called Fisher “a person that’s on my list of guys that could be very good candidates for this job” and was fined $25,000 for those comments.
Jackson initially sought Steve Kerr for the Knicks vacancy. Kerr accepted an offer to coach the Golden State Warriors instead of the Knicks. Jackson essentially put his coaching search on hold to wait to speak to Fisher first after missing out on initial top Kerr.
Since Jackson agreed to take over as Knicks president in March, sources say he has always intended to hire a young coach he could mentor. He also wanted to hire a coach with whom he had a relationship. Fisher fits both criteria.
Sources maintain that freedom is important to Jackson, who wants to establish and maintain an on-the-floor role in his first-ever stint as the lead decision-maker in the front office for a franchise.
The 18-year veteran played parts of nine seasons under Jackson in Los Angeles. Kerr was unquestionably Jackson’s top choice — Jackson revealed late last month that he had a verbal commitment from Kerr before Golden State began negotiating with him.
But the idea was always to hire someone he’s worked with in the past who would also welcome Jackson’s on-the-floor presence at training camp and practices, thus allowing the 68-year-old to have more of an impact than he might have if restricted to a front-office role.
So Jackson turned to Fisher, who played in an NBA record 259 playoff games and won an NBA record 161. Fisher isn’t the first point guard to go straight from the playing floor to the bench.
Jason Kidd made the same transition last season with the Brooklyn Nets. The Nets lost in the second round of the playoffs to the Miami Heat.
Fisher takes over a Knicks team that finished with just 37 wins last season and missed the playoffs for the first time in four seasons. Jackson fired Mike Woodson and his coaching staff shortly after the conclusion of the regular season. Fisher and Jackson will work together to fill out the coaching staff.
Bill Cartwright has already interviewed for a position on staff. Other candidates include Kurt Rambis, Luke Walton, Ron Harper and Jim Cleamons. Fisher is the 26th coach in franchise history and the eighth since Jeff Van Gundy left the post in 2001.
Kevin Roper, 35, of Jonesboro, Ga., is accused of slamming a Walmart big rig into Morgan’s limo bus early Saturday along the New Jersey Turnpike, police said. The crash killed one man on the limo bus and injured four others, including Morgan, 45.
Morgan’s longtime writing partner, James “Jimmy Mack” McNair, 62, died at the scene.
Roper allegedly “commit vehicular homicide by operating a vehicle recklessly and caus[ing] the death of James McNair, specifically by operating a 2011 Peterbilt Truck … on the New Jersey turnpike without having slept for a period in excess of 24 hours resulting in a motor vehicle accident in violation of NJS 2C 11-51, a crime of the second degree,” according to a criminal complaint from the Cranbury Township Municipal Court.
The document also accused Roper of multiple counts of assault by auto “and causing serious bodily injury” to Morgan, his assistant, Jeffrey Millea, 36, and Ardie Fuqua Jr., 43, a comedian.
Roper was set to appear in court Wednesday to answer charges against him, according to the complaint. He was free today after posting $50,000 bond.
Also the driver of the 18 wheeler was reportedly a road hog and proud of it, tweeting “Trying to win more than lose! Driving trucks for a living. It’s my road. Move or get hit! #Walmart.”

DeSean Jackson says his former agent Drew Rosenhaus violated NFL Player's Association rules by bribing him to sign with his agency back in 2009 with truckloads of cash and a Louis Vuitton bag ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ Sports.
Jackson filed new court papers in an effort to overturn an arbitrator's ruling that he owes Rosenhaus more than $500k for failing to repay loans.
In the docs, DeSean says he shouldn't have to pay Drew a dime because a huge chunk of the cash was given to him to induce DeSean to use D.R. in his next contract negotiation.
Why is that a big deal? Because according to DeSean, it's a huge violation of NFLPA rules -- for which the NFLPA punishment is that DeSean wouldn't have to repay a single cent.
Now for the cool part ... part of the money he received from Drew came IN CASH -- stuffed inside a Louis Vuitton bag he received just after midnight on Nov. 10, 2009.
No word if he kept the bag ... but c'mon, it's Louis.

Tracy’s rep tells TMZ the comedian has been more responsive today … but sustained a number of injuries including a broken femur, a broken nose and several broken ribs.
We’re told he’s currently recovering after having surgery earlier today on the broken leg. Tracy’s rep adds, “His family is tremendously overwhelmed and appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from his fans.”
Some chided the act of turning Fingers in.

Slowbucks seemed to have a counter to the “no snitching” stance by others in the community.

He also went into a full rant about the lack of support he receives from his hometown, and mentioned an earlier incident that resulted in a local Philly rapper taking him to court.
“Niggas b cold p**** talking on these joints ….. Just know meek mill and them gone b around…. Twitter different than real life!” he said.
The rapper plans to make an appearance in his hometown Friday.
