Khloe Kardashian Blames Lamar Odom For Brother’s Drug Problem

Khloe Kardashian clearly blames Lamar Odom for contributing to her brother’s drug problems — and says she feels guilty for not being able to protect Rob from L.O.’s influences.

Rob had gotten deep into sizzurp and weed and his family was pushing for him to go to rehab.

Now, Khloe is talking about Rob’s issues, and without specifically mentioning the drugs, says Rob’s problems stem from the time he lived with Lamar Odom, who has serious drug problems of his own.

“Rob has said, ‘Being in that house it was so dark and it made me do dark things,’” Khloe said on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

Khloe added, “Only Rob and Lamar know what happened in the house and know what’s going on.”

Khloe says she feels guilty about Rob’s situation saying, “I was not there to protect Rob. I was not there to protect myself.”

Ex-NBA Player Antoine Walker Says Ex Eveyln Lozada Should Extend Wealth To Him

Former NBA player Antoine Walker sat down with “The Russ Parr Show” to talk about his financial troubles that led him to lose his $110 million fortune.

 

Walker, who spent 10 years with former Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada, says that she left him when his finances began to dwindle.

“My thing with Evelyn is she reaped a lot of benefits of my wealth,” he said. ” And when it got tight, she chose to go a different direction. So that’s the problem that I have with Evelyn.”

Walker explains that he lost a lot of his fortune due to bad housing investments and constantly spending his money on friends. Now that his ex is comfortable financially, he believes that she should look out for him.

“Evelyn went on with her reality show and we all know all her relationships she’s been in since me,” he said. “It hasn’t been about ‘let me make sure Antoine is ok.’ So that’s a big difference. I dated Evelyn for ten years. In 1999…I signed my ninth deal in 1999. So she got to reap the full benefits of the whole process.
 

“It’s tough when you take care of people and you make sure they’re good…their family…their daughters and then they just go left field. ”

The couple allegedly broke up over Walker’s infidelities and alleged domestic abuse.
She now has a child with L.A. Dodgers player Carl Crawford.

Lil Wayne’s night with Christina Milian almost took a turn for the worse after he was confronted by an alleged gang member in Hollywood.

 

 

According to Global Grind, the rapper and his rumored love interest were celebrating Mack Maine’s birthday at the popular Supperclub Tuesday night. 

While on stage, Weezy gave a shout-out his team and his “baby,” which was most likely geared toward singer Christina Milian. 

While the two headed out of the club, fans could be seen surrounding the rapper’s car, including one man who wanted to let Wayne know about his gang status.

Sources claim Jay Z is so over keeping up pretenses he’s ready to pull the plug on his marriage to Beyonce.

 

“Let’s leave it at it’s only a matter of time (until they split.) It’s so obvious now it’s embarrassing,” a source tells Confidenti@l. The duo are currently on the West Coast leg of their successful On the Run tour.

“Around the time the tour ends, they’ll make a choice on whether they want to separate or admit trouble.”

“He wants this tour to end and he wants the rumors to stop,” says our second source.

And while Jay has told friends he wants out immediately, we’re told Beyoncé is fine with keeping the act up indefinitely.

“This (trouble) has been brewing longer than anyone knows,” says our first source. “They’re performers. And they’re good performers. It’s a business now, and they are business partners. And they don’t even fight. They know what it is.” 

So why stay together?

Patrick Peterson took to his Twitter account to announce he and the Arizona Cardinals agreed to a mega five-year, $70 million contract extension with $48 million guaranteed. The deal will make Peterson the highest paid cornerback in the league, which of course made someone not too happy.

In less than 24 hours Reminisce Smith aka Remy Ma will be released from the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility. After serving a little over 6 years, Remy Ma will finally be a free woman again.

 

 

Remy Ma was originally convicted and subsequently found guilty of shooting Makeeda Barnes-Joseph in the abdomen back in 2008, reportedly over $3,000. Remy recently called into Angie Martinez’s radio show on New York’s Power 105 for a 14 minute discussion on how she has been handling prison, how she has changed, and what’s in store for her upon her highly anticipated release.

As expected, Remy Ma has been spending her time in Bedford Hills writing rhymes and thinking about life. According to her, this situation has “caused her to look at business dealings personal actions differently. The Bronx bombshell also commented on fellow femcee Nikki Minaj stating that “Nick has always been a supporter and vice versa”. During her time in prison Remy Ma married her longtime beau who also happens to be a rapper, Papoose, whom Remy states has held her down this entire time. New pictures released recently show off a slimmer Remy, and to be locked up for the past 6 years she looks great! Under the photo Keyshia Cole left a comment saying “Lol! Niggas ain’t shit but hoes and tricks”. Up until now, it was unclear what Keyshia meant by that comment but Angela Yee got to the bottom of it.

 

“Why would I follow Diamond if I had a problem with her,” Keyshia explains, “One thing about the industry is that it’s all good…it’s all love. Hey, if you’re smashing the homie, you’re smashing the homie. Don’t be cool with me one day and then when you smash my ex, you don’t want to talk to me no more.”

Rumor has it that Diamond, who Keyshia considered cool, may have gotten it in with Boobie after KC & Boobie split. Weeks ago Keyshia says Diamond made her a #WCW (Woman Crush Wednesday) but what she neglected to mention is that she had allegedly been sleeping with Keyshia’s estranged husband. Lil Reese Arrested In Chicago On Gun Charges

Bad news for Lil Reese fans. The Chicago native was arrested for felony possession of a firearm last night (July 28) and is being held at Cook County jail. Bail is set at 50K. Reese could be in serious trouble after a string of arrests over the last couple of years.

 

In May 2010, Reese pleaded guilty to burglary charges and was given two years of probation. April 2013, Lil Reese was arrested while sleeping in a car and charged with trespassing, mob action and battery which stemmed from a February 2012 incident. Reese—real name Tavares Taylor—was back in court again two months later because he “presented false documentation to obtain a 2006 BMW 750 Li on April 13.” The charges were later dropped.

Jay Z Announces ‘NY02′ As Roc Nation’s Official Water

It seems that those phone calls and deals that “kingmaker” Jay Z has been taking are starting to pay off as the Roc Nation CEO has officially partnered with New York-based bottled water brand NY02. Billed as the “Official Water of Roc Nation,” the deal will ensure that thirsty Jay Z fans have some cold beverages to wet their whistle during events affiliated with Hov’s company.

Michael R. Yormark, the president and chief of branding and strategy for Roc Nation was quoted in a press release as calling the partnership “one of the most unique” in the entertainment industry. While the Brooklyn-born bad boy turned business mogul isn’t the first hip-hop superstar to link up with a water company, it does show that Jay Z is looking to increase his overall wealth after placing sixth in Forbes’ Most Powerful Celebrities list.

In addition to Roc Nation-affiliated tours, NY02 will also provide water for all marketing campaigns associated with Roc Nation artists, as well as being the exclusive branded water at Jay Z’s 40/40 Club. NY02 President Elias Slubski said in the same press release that their partnership has the potential to “thrust American premium bottled water onto a beverage marketing platform that is higher than New York’s Empire State Building.”
Time will tell if this shall come to pass. Be sure to keep your eyes out for the water when Jay Z and Beyoncé’s “On the Run” tour heads into your town.

Stephen A. Smith Suspended By ESPN For Domestic Violence Remarks

ESPN is yanking Stephen A. Smith off the air for the comments he made about women and domestic violence last week.

 

The network says Smith will not appear on his show “First Take” or on ESPN Radio for a week. During a discussion last week about Ray Rice’s suspension — Stephen A. said he would tell women to make sure they’re not doing anything “to provoke wrong actions” … in addition to telling men what NOT to do.

This morning on “First Take” Smith apologized — and ESPN released a statment, saying … “We will continue to have constructive dialogue on this important topic. Stephen’s comments last Friday do not reflect our company’s point of view.”

The network continued … “As his apology demonstrates, he recognizes his mistakes and has a deeper appreciation of our company values.”

Smith’s comments also infuriated fellow ESPN anchor Michelle Beadle. She’s yet to react to his suspension.

Stephen A. Smith is Leaving ESPN, Sort’ve

Stephen A. Smith is known for speaking his mind and often saying things that probably don’t bode well for a company with a heavy filter. Well now he will have plenty of freedom.

 

Stephen A. Smith will soon leave ESPN-98.7 FM and take his verbal stylings to SXM’s “MDR,” where he will host his own show, according to satellite radio sources. Smith currently co-hosts a 1 p.m.-3 p.m. program with Ryan Ruocco on 98.7.Smith’s new show will probably air from 1 p.m.-3 p.m., which will put him in direct competition with Ruocco on ESPN 98.7.

The idea of Smith working freestyle in the uncensored world of satellite radio is fascinating. SAS has gone right up to the line, and sometimes crossed it, as he did on Friday on ESPN’s “First Take” when he went on a rant concerning Ray Rice’s two-game suspension and implied some women should be blamed for domestic violence.
How much further will he push it working without a seatbelt on “MDR?”

Wiz Khalifa Calls Out Tyga For Dropping Out Of “Under The Influence” Tour (Video)

Friendships in Hip Hop are usually an exercise of passive aggressiveness, but not with Wiz Khalifa. In a recent interview, Wiz Khalifa explains why Tyga dropped out of the “Under The Influence” tour and why he thinks his excuse is corny.

 

The Under The Influence tour kicked off yesterday (July 24th) in Scranton, Pennsylvania at The Pavilion at Montage Mountain. Two weeks before the tour started, two and a half months after it was announced, Wiz Khalifa informed the public on his personal Twitter account that Tyga was dropping out of the tour:

Less than 8 hours after Wiz Khalifa announced Tyga’s abrupt exit, Tyga took to his personal Twitter account to explain that he left the tour to finish his album and film a movie. According to Wiz during an interview with Mina SayWhat on Power 99 earlier today (July 25th) that excuse was wack and Tyga never informed him of his departure from the tour personally:

I felt like that was just corny. We’re better than that. At the end of the day, you don’t say ‘album and a movie’ to sound like you have something to do, ’cause I did my album before the tour and I’m shooting a movie once I get off tour and I got a son. New Report Says Jay Z And Solange’s Elevator Fight Was Reportedly Caused By Rihanna

Grammy-winning singer Rihanna has reportedly been pulled into the alleged marriage drama duo  Jay Z and Beyoncé Knowles-Carter have now found themselves in.

 

According to new reports, RiRi may have been the key to the now-infamous elevator fight between Jay and Bey’s sister Solange Knowles last spring.

Recent photos show that the “IV” tattooed on her ring finger — for her birthday, Jay’s birthday, and their wedding date — has been erased. The source says the elevator fight after the Met Ball was really over Jay’s protégé Rihanna, who he allegedly planned to meet later that night at his 40/40 club. “Solange was like, ‘Enough is enough — you must be [screwing] Rihanna,’” says the source. “To many people who know them, they know it’s not out of the realm of possibility.” (Page Six)

Reports also claim the Carters only spend time together for business-related matters.
Today, the source says, it’s not whether they’ll split, but how they’ll split — adding that the only time Jay and Beyoncé are really together is on stage. Phaedra Parks Takes Leave Of Absence From RHOA

Phaedra Parks has a lot on her plate these days. With her husband, Apollo Nida, on his way to a lengthy prison stint, she still has 2 children to raise. Amidst that and rumors that Apollo may have lied about the extent of his communications with castmate Kenya Moore, Phaedra has decided to fall back from The Real Housewives of Atlanta's upcoming season.

 

Apollo Nida could very well be on a mission to clean up a bunch a mess before he has to turn himself in to the feds and judging from his recent actions during a RHOA taping at Bar One restaurant, that could possibly be the case.

During the evening’s festivities, Apollo reportedly admitted to Kenya that he only told Phaedra that the former beauty queen was pursuing him, in response to Kenya throwing out the fact that he’d texted her. Apparently the texts were innocent, but if you recall, Moore brought them up during the season 5 reunion as if Apollo was trying to pursue her.

During Cynthia's Ebony Mag celebration, Apollo and Kenya filmed a scene on the steps of Bar One (alone), and apparently it was then that Kenya demanded an apology from him about everything that had taken place over the past few seasons. I heard that Kenya also apologized to Apollo about her role in the situation, but I’m almost positive editing will make it all one sided.

Kenya reportedly has told all the ladies that Apollo has admitted he ‘lied’ about her all these years. It remains to be seen EXACTLY what he lied about but whatever the case, there’s footage that I’m almost positive will be used during season 7 of Apollo and Kenya having a heart to heart talk about it all.

Stephen A. Smith’s Comments On Women “Provoking” Abuse Sparks Outrage From Female Media Peers

This morning on ESPN’s First Take, co-host Stephen A. Smith let loose a poorly-worded rant about how women should do their part to avoid gettin’ their behinds whooped by physically abusive men. It went downhill from there.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time he has made statements like this. In 2012 when Chad Ochocinco was arrested for head-butting Evelyn Lozada Smith opined that, based on Evelyn’s reality-TV personality, perhaps Evelyn had incited Chad to split her head to the white meat.

This line of misogynist thinking set many of Stephen’s fellow female journalists on FIRE.
