NBA: Basketball Wife Malaysia Pargo Gets PAID In Divorce Settlement From Jannero Pargo

“Basketball Wives LA” star Malaysia Pargo filed for divorce from Charlotte Hornets guard Jannero back in May after failed attempts to work things out. Well I hope Jannero’s finances are in order because this divorce is going to cost him big time.

According to docs filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by TMZ Sports, Malaysia (whose real name is Laquisha) was awarded primary physical custody, while the couple will share legal custody. Together have three kids, a 7-year old and 3-year old twins.

Jannero was ordered to pay $15,380/month in child support and another $7,500/month in spousal support. He’s also been ordered to fork over $25,000 for her attorneys’ fees.
Jannero recently a signed a one-year deal with the Hornets, with some reports putting his salary at a little under $1.5 million for the season.

‘Basketball Wives’ Star Draya Michele Allegedly Cancels Gig Due To Too Many “F**s And D**es”

“Basketball Wives” star Draya Michele ditched a paid gig at a West Hollywood nightclub because there were too many “f**s and d**es” … so claim club honchos who are now threatening to sue her.

 

The hostess at Penthouse Nightclub tells TMZ … Draya was supposed to host an event Sunday. When she arrived she looked at the crowd and said she didn’t want to waste her time with “f**s and d**es” and left.

Draya told us she did NOT make the homophobic comment. She says never even showed up to the club that night … she had called them to say she had to cancel because she was sick. She says the club owner threatened to trash her in the media for being a no show.
The club fires back … Draya accepted a $2.5K deposit, was obligated to show and the club lost money when a disappointed crowd simply left the club. The club now plans on suing her.

Draya tells us … she’ll be happy to entertain her LGBT fans on another night … at a different club.

Ex-NBA Player Antoine Walker Says Ex Eveyln Lozada Should Extend Wealth To Him

Former NBA player Antoine Walker sat down with “The Russ Parr Show” to talk about his financial troubles that led him to lose his $110 million fortune.

 

Walker, who spent 10 years with former Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada, says that she left him when his finances began to dwindle.

“My thing with Evelyn is she reaped a lot of benefits of my wealth,” he said. ” And when it got tight, she chose to go a different direction. So that’s the problem that I have with Evelyn.”

Walker explains that he lost a lot of his fortune due to bad housing investments and constantly spending his money on friends. Now that his ex is comfortable financially, he believes that she should look out for him.

“Evelyn went on with her reality show and we all know all her relationships she’s been in since me,” he said. “It hasn’t been about ‘let me make sure Antoine is ok.’ So that’s a big difference. I dated Evelyn for ten years. In 1999…I signed my ninth deal in 1999. So she got to reap the full benefits of the whole process.
 

“It’s tough when you take care of people and you make sure they’re good…their family…their daughters and then they just go left field. ”

The couple allegedly broke up over Walker’s infidelities and alleged domestic abuse.
She now has a child with L.A. Dodgers player Carl Crawford.

I still believe in love…I’m not one of those people that’s like ‘we need to get engaged, we need to get married.’ No, absolutely not. I feel like that’s going to come, just like with the baby, let it come. I’m not forcing anything, so if it happens, it happens.”

Evelyn Lozada confirmed that she skipped out on the ‘Basketball Wives’ season 5 reunion because she has no interest in rehashing the past. When you spend an entire season coping with the same issue, what’s really left to say? For Evelyn, nothing!

When season 5 of “Basketball Wives” made its big debut, viewers were thirsty for the Evelyn’s thoughts on her failed marriage to Chad Johnson. How was she handling the split? What happened in the car? Did she still love him? Fans wanted to know it all!
Since her storyline was dominated by the personal fallout from her short-lived marriage, Evelyn knew that it would likely be a major topic of discussion had she agreed to do a reunion.

“Choosing not to beat a dead horse! We all want 2 move on with life,” Evelyn explained to one fan on Twitter earlier this week. “Didn’t want 2 keep dwelling on the past.”
When she opted to decline an invite for the post-season pow wow, that shut down the entire production. It was an abrupt discovery considering season 5 was much shorter than previous seasons at just 10 episodes.

There’s no word on whether VH1 will ever go back and gather up the rest of the cast to discuss season 5 or if “Basketball Wives” will be renewed for another cycle at this time.

According to sources, Evelyn jumped ship because she’s sick and tired of talking about her split from ex-husband Chad Johnson. We’re told she knew the break-up would be the biggest topic on the reunion show, so she refused to participate.

Apparently, the other ‘Wives’ (specifically Tami, Tasha, and Suzie) have zilch to talk about. Producers felt the girls didn’t have enough material for the hour-long episode.
Sources tell us, Evelyn has grown tired of the cattiness on ‘BW’ and wants to move on with her life.
