Breaking: Evelyn Lozada Gets Engaged To MLB Star Carl Crawford

Evelyn Lozada got a helluva Christmas gift this morning from Dodgers star Carl Crawford ... a 14.5 carat DIAMOND ENGAGEMENT RING ... and sources tell TMZ the ring's worth $1.4 MILLION!!!

 



 

Crawford -- who's in the middle of a $142 million contract -- popped the question this morning ... and the "Basketball Wives" star said YES!

Just like Dwyane Wade, Crawford picked up the ring from go-to celebrity jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills.

For the record, the ring Wade gave to Gabrielle Union was ONLY 8.5 carats ... but size doesn't really matter, right???

Evelyn has been married before -- she tied the knot with Chad Johnson back in 2012 ... but divorced him later that year after the NFL star headbutted her during an argument. Before Johnson, she was engaged to NBA star Antoine Walker (but they never married).

As for her new man, she started dating Crawford earlier this year ... and Evelyn is 7 months pregnant with his child.

Evelyn Lozada 6 Months Pregnant With Carl Crawford’s Baby, Crawford Just Had A Baby

Evelyn Lozada recently surprised everyone when she confirmed she was pregnant by Los Angeles Dodgers baller Carl Crawford. While Evelyn might be enjoying the glow of motherhood and even celebrating her 38th birthday today, reports that Carl Crawford had a baby this summer with another woman by the name of Amy Freeman, the mother of his first child but now new evidence of her other pregnancy have surfaced.

Urban blog Tattle Tailzz did some digging and was able to find the baby registry for Carl and Amy that was opened on 6/13/2013.
 

Evelyn’s reps have maintained that the reality star has been with her Carl for over one year, but if Carl just had a baby with Amy 6 months ago… then you do the math!



Jay Z Being Investigated For Gifting Robinson Cano With Pricey Watch

Jay Z is being investigated by the MLB Player’s Union after he gifted Yankees superstar Robinson Cano a limited edition limited-edition Classic Fusion Shawn Carter watch by Hublot for his birthday. The problem didn’t lie with the $34,000 gift, but the fact that Jay is required to disclose to the union in writing any gifts valued at more than $500.

It’s expected that Jay will face disciplinary action from the union, but it’s not expected to be severe. He has been Cano’s manager since June after the rapper decided to expand his resume to include sports agent.
