According to sources, the Toronto Raptors have been fined $25,000 thanks to comments made by Drake. The charge comes a week after his annual OVO Fest in Toronto. After performing “0 to 100″, Drizzy made a pitch to Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant, who was in attendance. In 2016, Durant becomes an unrestricted free agent.
